I liked almost every thing about this place except for the no outside DJ policy. Apparently, they have an agreement with one of the DJ which they can not break. The DJ wasnt worth the time and money invested. However, every other thing is excellent and with high standards!

The ambience is good. Receptionist is also polite but when they offered us to sit near by the reception and wait for the manager it was a hell hot time we suffered there were no fan or A.C On

Your Front Desk staff Laxna & mamta is very courteous who can always make our stay comfort and takes the feedback about the stay at all the times which is most important in the hospitality. Reception person was very helpful really impressed during stay. Hotel room quite okay need to improve Wi-Fi Signal bcz customers are not getting proper mobile network in rooms so they must need Wi-Fi range in room. Overall best place for stay in Indore in budget amount.

The hotel is close to Meera Garden. It was a comfortable stay. The room was big, the washroom was clean. There is a centralized AC which was working fine. The TV was also functional. The breakfast was tasty. I recommend this hotel.

Below par service was provided. I think they can provide very good service because of my previous experience at this hotel, but it was not the case this time. Hope it wont happen again.

They explicitly ask to rate them 5 stars. They actually make people open the app in front of them to make sure they are getting 5 stars. They didnt let my guest come to the room, infact they also said that Oyo doesnt allow guest.

Beds were not attached. They just provided two single beds while sleeping it got slipped n made a space between the beds. Hotel should a double bed. It was not comfortable sleep in night because of beds.

Hotel doesnt provide sports channel in room television and also on being asked to management several times to recharge for the same, they couldnt resolve the problem.

I stay one night but room was not good. Bathroom was not clean. No hot water in my room. I told them to change my room but they refuse, overall not value for money. At last checkout they didnt give me my bills.

6 times the room was changed in 2 days, landline not working in rooms, had to call on the reception from mobile phone for everything, delay in room service, no hot water in the bathroom

The staff was very rude. They take their customers for granted, and doesnt even allow guests to enter the room. They doesnt know how to treat their customers.

Food was pathetic. They were charging for things I never ordered. And when I discussed, things were clear.

Room is good but no door mate, tv is not working even after completing, no response from staff service. Pathetic

After paid total amount in advance they charged extra. I pay because my client was there with me so I cant arguments for this matter but end of day he told me next time we will stay there.
