Rooms are smelling badly, toiletes have no lights, bed is dirty and unhygienic. Even public footpath is better than its rooms. Dont go Dont go they are scammers. They have put pictures of other places on Oyo and Oyo is fooling customers..

Service is good and has all the facilities needed and cleanliness is always there.Here is Best service provider.

I booked a room Via Oyo app on 23 Aug midnight. Hotel Reception staff is very rude, they denied Booking. Rough talking behaviour, there is no Customer service. Staff is untrained. Very poor Hotel service

I wish, I could give it lesser than one star.No dustbin in the room.Room was smaller with no proper gate.Wardrobe was loaded with a think wall of dust.Wash room was smelly as hell with no toilet spray.wash room gate and wash basin was not cleaned for a year.I can say that. it was the worst hotel I stayed jn whole life.Not recommended for any one.

Hotel Sawera is more like a Haveli of some sort if you ask me. Well, being cheap it provides cheap facilities and services too. The hotel owner is very helpful and understanding.Other than that, the washrooms here are Indian and might not be comfortable for many and some dont come with it.

Absolutely horrible staff. The owner is unreasonable and uses abusive language on the go. I was accompanying a friend who had booked this hotel via Oyo for a night. The rooms were not as per what the pictures showed and due to construction he was given a room on 4th floor with no lift on the building. My friend requested them to check him out so that he could book a room in some other hotel where he could get something on ground or 1st floor floor. This is when all hell broke lose and the owner along with staff started abusing us at their will. We tried to reason with them as we werent asking for any money and we would deal on our side with Oyo but they refused to check out and were constantly hurling abuses at us. Never ever would recommend anyone to ever book a room in this hotel. Better to sleep in the nearby Railway Station than book a room here.
