Very bad experience. Room was really bad. Smell was coming from blanket and towels. Plaster was coming from the wall in the room. Switches were broken and coming out of wall. Fan was dirty. Fush was not working properly.

Hehe, Yupiiii. I got my favourite hotel once again. It was the place i want to stay in Indore, like my second home. The food was too tasty and healthy. I visited the kitchen which was clean and staff was awesome. Front office Mr Kirti is such a nic person and supportive. Will visit soon again... :)

Worst experience so far. They dont deserve even one star. Sheer cheaters these people are. The deluxe room was so small that I could barely breathe!Dirty linen, cracked walls, no windows for ventilation, a small non-functional window AC and the list is endless. Would not recommend anybody to stay here. WASTE OF MONEY. DISAPPOINTED.

Location is very nice, just next to major malls in Vijay Nagar. However nothing else is at par with what one would expect for the price charged. At best it can be compared to one of budget hotels found near bus stand.We stayed in the super deluxe room, but there was nothing deluxe about it, except for a noisy a/c.Not many food choices in their pure veg restaurant. I had to ask for everything, even towels and soap. Promised wireless internet never worked in my 2 day stay.In short, choose this if you are visiting alone and need a place to sleep near Vijay Nagar.

Location is very good..near to shopping centers and C21 mall. But most the food in their menu were not available, we hav to eat outside and on last day we were given a menu of nearby restaraunt. Itwas rainning during our two days stay and the kitchen was flooding right to the elevator entrance and the steps.Since we are staying in level 2, we to hav to come across this flood in order to use the elevator or the stairs..Hope that these minors can be fixed in futureAnyways, we were really not concerned about the problems because we were looking for a central place accessible to shopping centers and restaraunts and the walking distance to C21 mall. So, if u looking for a decent and central location, then il recommend u this hotel..perfect n place to stay..Rooms and room services are ok...polite stuff and also at the reception. Room price are enough n worth it..Thanks

Bad experience.First the lift got to be fixed. Each and every time I had to struggle to open the lift doors. They hook gets jammed and have to lift it up instead of just sliding.No wifi available, my charges includes wifi :(No towels / water bottle available at room. I had called reception 2-3 times and also reminded when I went out and when I was back still no towel or water bottle. Breakfast was served at room, it good but I had to wait for 30 mims to get a soggy puri and poha on either days. When I returned from work at 10pm. My room was not cleaned, towels not replaced and breakfast plates and tea cups were still lying. A very worth experience ever. Not even worth a penny.

Their was some leakage in the bathroom. got the problem of hot water. which takes more than 2 hours to solve. otherwise it was good experience.

The location of the hotel was perfect. Staying in this hotel was an awesome experience, rooms were clean as well as the washrooms. Staff was polite and they responded very quickly just at one call.

Bathroom is in bad condition. Flush is not working. No hot water to take bath. Had to request to reception to get a bucket of hot water.AC was working fine.Room was clean. When I reach hotel, the receptionist said me that your booking is under value and my booking was confirmed and it took me 3 hours with that process. Finally room was not good, mosquito flying in the rooms.

Rooms were not the same as shown in pictures, no wifi service at all, washroom flush problem, dirty towel, had asked for smoking room but no ventilation in the room, the receptionist asked for id proof but never returned back until I had to go and collect them. Not satisfied with the kind of service, if you looking for a fine room then I would suggest to find a better hotel.

This is a pathetic hotel which I dont know why it even exist. You wont find menu in room and if you ask for the same, the staff says it has lost and we dont have, you just say what you want orally. Communication skills of staff even the receptionist is low class, they dont even know how to talk to a customer. They dont even know how to operate a computer to see your booking status. You will be asked to forward your confirmation mail for the proof. The only thing which can be Said is the location hence just ignore this one if you are considering this. A complete No No for this one.

I called to book a room, and confirmed my booking on call thrice, I even called them a night before my arrival. The guy who picked my call said yes you are welcome and also was agree for early morning check in. But when I reached the guy on the reservation denied my booking, this is how these guys treat guest, I travelled whole night in a bus arrived there at 6 am and these guys denied check in even after confirm my booking thrice. Really misguiding staff, poor behaviour, disappointed.
