Facilities-Central AC,Wifi - Not very fast,24hr running hot water,fine ambiance of room,dining room,3 nos outdoor parking),1 lift, has rooms having double as well as 2seperate beds,Bed side tables,1 Sofa,1 Center Table,cupboard with locker,Luggage Rack,full size mirror,32 inch LED TV with local dish box,Bare soap bars and shampoo satches were provided (Disappointed),Bathroom towels,Well behaved staffExperience- We booked offline for 2days, the room in which we stayed for 1st night was next level garbage, had broken window covered with bedsheets that too got off, knowingly they have alloted that room, as we checked in night we didnt check by removing curtains (lesson learnt), we could not sleep because of mosquitoes 😔, next morning we removed the curtains and saw the greatest fixing of mankind😑(attaching pictures), after complaining they changed our room saying the other rooms were not vacant. How can they do this -_-.They have parking space outside the hotel beside road, I guess max 3 cars can be occupied there. Guard stay there till 8 and not in night, you can also get your car pressure wash from himBreakfast- BuffetDay1- Poha, chola bhatoora, sandwich, chai, coffee, cornflakes, chocos, Banana and one other fruit.Day 2- Poha, sambhar coconut chutney idli, jalebi, sandwich, chai, coffee, cornflakes, chocos, Banana and one other fruit.You can decide to go or not to go with breakfast package.Though it seems like it comes under Fab Hotels Chain but was quite disappointed with the services.Hopefully owner will see this review and raise some bar of services they provide.

Can be improved a lot. The rooms could be better maintained. Some of the sheets were not very clean. Also the bathroom has to be renovated. The buckets seem ancient. The staff was well behaved though.

Good for stay with family. Clean nice hotel. Value for money. Rooms are medium, not cramped and beds are big. Air conditioned properly. I called on fabhotel call centre number to book and the person was very professional. Gave a discount also breakfast included. They take 25% advance. Have a small restaurant attached.

This hotel is located in a prime location with spacious rooms. The complimentary breakfast provided by them is just awesome. The rooms are very well maintained. Most importantly, the staffs are very decent and cooperative with an always-ready-to-help attitude .

The hotel is very good maintained, clean and the stuff is really friendly. The breakfast was very good, so the vegi dishes. The management and the stuff were ready 24/7 to help us whatever we needed. We had a good experience and would come back again, but in more quite room.

Rooms are pretty decent and the hotel is located at a very close proximity to the Railway Station. If you come over to see a match at Indore,then this is a place to stay. The stadium is hardly at a walking distance from the hotel. Staffs are very courteous and helpful.

I had booked using booking app 2 months back. But the hotel did not honour their commitment. Do not fall for the free cancellation gimmick. There is no communication between booking portal and fab hotel chain.

Old, congested and suffocating room design by thin layer of decoration. They so charge additional money for tooth-kit, shaving-kit even after charging for huge amount. Also, dont extend time period or not provide extra time beyond checkout even agree to pay extra money. No electricity in morning hours. Reception people also not supportive.

Good hotel... the restaurant is Vegetarian and the portions were small..however the rooms are good well spaced and has good interiors.

Bad, became hard to even stay for 8 hrs in the hotel. Lenins were looking clean but we started to get skin irritation with in 10 mins going to bed. When I asked the hotel staff to change the blanket they were not having any replacement. I booked it via fabhotel and they did not even have courtesy to have words with customers after such a bad experience.

Booked with much expectations, the appearance if hotel is fabulous, rooms are spacious. Washrooms require batter cleanliness. Worst thing is it is located in the highway and noise insulation is bad, whole night there is continuous humm of traffic. The mosque nearby awakens early in the morning with very loud azan. The breakfast time is 8 am which is quite late, food have limited choices and below average flavour and presetation,. The air-conditioning stopped past midnight and started only at 6 AM... Overall a disappointing stay, will not comeback to this hotel

Worst experience staying at Amrit residency. Room service poor, rooms not up to mark nd not worth for money we pay. Washroom taps were such that we need to fight with the tap to open, a fridge placed in the room was like just occupying space as it was of no use coz it doesnt get cool, complementary water bottle kept in freezer for 2 days but no effect that it get chill, chilled beer bottles turned warm. Complaint to room service twice but did not turned up.As in city of Indore I regularly visit, priory couple of times staid at Fab Solaris hotel near to Rajiv Gandhi circle which was too good to stay hotel. But for a change tried to make out this time for Fab hotel Amrit residency but had bad experience. Never again can think to go and stay at Amrit residency.

Worst....visited indore from mumbai for a function...receptionist did not allow my wife to enter the room inspite of providing a valid ID saying she is a local ....said she can use the washroom below & not in my room. Felt like slapping him there... rather preferred to check out. Ur website boldly says UNMARRIED COUPLES WELCOME but doesnt welcome married couples ....kinda felt unsafe . All family ppl looking for a hotel at Indore consider some other good hotel & not this one .
