Verry good service

Decent place of stay if you are travelling alone. Rooms are decent. Restaurant is good- food was decent. It is situated in a prime location on a main road. Staff are courteous and very helpful. Name of the hotel sometimes may be confusing- Hotel Ambrosia is known to taxi drivers whereas the name Swaroop Inn may not be known. OYO number if you type on maps locating will be easier

Decent Hotel for work travelers. Limited option in breakfast so went ahead with usual Bread and Omelette. They may be required to maintain service standards which though were missing. Didnt have their own laundry so dont give it if you are not staying for less than 2 days. Appreciate the evening dinner that I ordered.

Value for money. Good as expected.They had renovated the room recently. Clean and courteous staff... Stayed for only one night.

This was under construction when i visited here. Service is pathetic. Washrooms were not clean..they gave old towels..no geyser.. no mattress were provide to wipe. Overall it was very bad experience.. This was not expected from OYO brand

The hotel itself smelled as if somebody had kept dirty laundry in the entire hotel; the lift, the sheets, the bed, the room. Very low on cleanliness level. Staff was good. Service was quick!

The hotel has courteous staff and thats all that is good about the hotel. Asked for two bottles of water one came, that too eons later, the second bottle failed to turn up. Bedsheets, pillow cases and quilt covers were super dirty and stained, on asking for a fresh one was told it will be dirtier, albeit with a smile. The towels need to be thrown away as they are tattered and old, but im told they absorb water very well. Rooms are dimly lit, to hide the skeletons, in the room that is. Either make peace and sleep with them or change the hotel. All in all a sad experience. Would rate the hotel a solid minus 5.

Location was outstanding... quiet impressed by the ambience but the only thing that i hated is SERVICES

Rooms were not clean properly. Bedsheets and towels were old and used many times hence seems dirty. No light at Bathroom mirror. Rooms have also very dim lights although Staff behavior was good.

Worst Oyo I have ever stayed. Staff was rude. They dont provide complementary mineral water. Washroom was dirty. Bedsheets were dirty had tea and food stains all over. We ordered tea and they gave us in a kettle with a cup (no tray) with a disposable spoon. No one should stay here. Moreover they took ₹500 as early checkin while as per oyo it is 30% of the tarriff which was supposed to be ₹350-₹360.

Firstly, they charge me for a deluxe 3x room and later they dont provide it. I paid extra money for it and then for the cost of deluxe room, I was given a normal room. The receptionist is very unhelpful. We have vacant deluxe room but we cannot provide them to you, they said. When i have already booked a deluxe room through OYO then i should be provided the room, but they didnt. The room was very dark, no proper lighting and the bed sheet was very dirty along with the blanket and the pillow covers. Overall worst, unsatisfactory experience.

The hotel in itself is really good. The fact that they should improve their services is a long standing anticipation from the customer. A good hotel overall.

Horrible service, price is not at all justified for the rooms

Not much attractive but can be more better. Building is good but no creativity.Overall it is ok, staff is satisfactory. Having restaurant and can be used as Banquet hall but not more than 50 person as it is small one .

Its a nice place for stay in Indore. Hotel staff is cooperative and nice.There breakfast is also good not that much of variety in breakfast but whatever they serve its good ..Only one complaint regarding room is that there is very less lighting in the room overall its good

Hotel is good but its far if you want to explore Indore Signature Sarrafa Baazaar and Chhappan Dukaan. Though the street food hub near Sayaji Hotel n Marriott is easily accessible

One month ago i have book room in this ambrosia hotel by oyo and The oyo told me rs 968/- so i have to book room but when we have visit hotel .the hotel staff cancel my booking because that people not accept below 1400/- rs. We were very tired so we give 1400/-. so i request you all of you guys please dont visit in this hotel because hotel and oyo different fare tell us. And i am not satisfied with hotel staff especially receptionist and manager and in future i will not visit there by mistake..please dont visit.

The room was not as per pictures shown me in the application. Room light was not proper,Bucket was broken, Room was smelling badly and When i check-in hotel hotel asked me extraa money as there was despute between Hotel and Oyo charges.Also i reached hotel early so they asked me early chekin charges.Bad experience i had here.

Its an average place which is falling apart in terms of infrastructure. Rooms arent well lit, nor they have any natural light coming into the room. No ventilation and rooms are very small.The linen was at best poorly washed and the place stinks. Food is good but the restaurant isnt very well designed nor is very hygenic. Old furniture.The rooms are air conditioned and it has hot water available full time.Location is also good, right there on the main road in Vijaynagar.

Very bad experience. I have booked room in this hotel through Goibibo. Room is not as good as showing in pictures. Bed sheets, pillows & blanket is not clean. Selling fan is also not clean. You have to ask for hot water for bath. During my stay I have to wait for 45 minuets for hot water. Don’t book this hotel online.

The rooms were dirty and the linens and pillow covers needed changing as well. The room and the washroom smelled as well. The AC was not cooling properly and it felt very humid. Even after complaining about it there was no action taken.

Just the location is good but hotel and the staff is pathetic...I had stayed here via Oyo and later I had called nd complaint Oyo as well about the same...

Oyo Tie up with the hotel is not proper. Hotel was asking for the difference amount before check in as the value charged by OYO was below the agreed value of Hotel its very annoying in midnight.

Restaurant service is very bad. Even they are not serving drinking water on time. They even dont cooperate with family and children. After 55 minutes they served order and then too tasteless, the food was not cooked properly. If we need drinking water so we have to go to waiters counter for bottle. Owner is also irresponsible. Not recommended at all. Very Very bad experience.

Service: I have stayed at this hotel for nearly 3-4 times and didnt find any flaw in the service of room attendants, but as other reviews are majorly complaining about room service and all, I didnt face any.Room amenities: 1 TV with local cable, 1 AC, 1 mini Refrigerator, 1 sofa, 1 table, 1 wardrobe, 1 dressing table with chair, 2 towels, 1 shampoo pouch, 1 soap. Youll need to ask for a bathmat from room service, which will be delivered within a few minutes.Room Quality: Lighting is poor, although the furniture quality is decent. Consider keeping the curtains shut as there is a housing society on the left of the Hotel and Talwalkars Gym on the right.Bathroom: Bathroom is decent in this budget, although in a few rooms there is a slope towards the commode so the water might get clogged near it after you take a bath. Exhaust fans are quite old.Location: This is situated towards the western end of Vijay Nagar which is at a walking distance from SayaJi Square.Food: Taste is above average, rates are affordable.Parking: They can accommodate 4 cars in the front and a number of cars can be parked in front of the adjoining Canara Bank or on the service road. There is a slope on the right side of the Hotel which goes into the basement, so hopefully, they have a decent parking over there too.

Booking it via OYO was cheaper. The room was not much clean and I had to ask thrice for a towel. But for the price, its decent.

In my last 10 years of travel experience, I havent seen worsen hotel like Ambrosia. Few of my following experiences during stay:1. Staff is absolutely non cooperative. At the time of arrival they take advance from you entire payment and when you check in you will find lots of problems. These guys on each concern of yours simply reply you Yeh hi hai bas.2. Rooms are dirty. It seems this hotel has only smokers rooms .3. Linen are dirty and stinks terribly.4. Being a so called 3 star property they charge you dental kit.5. No water is supplied in hygeinic manner. Used bottles are refilled and delivered to your room.6. If you have taken breakfast during booking then you are going to be cheated completely, as I am feeling now because in breakfast they only serve Poha and bread. What a hotel management is.7. Except great location Hotel Ambrosia doesnt have anything good to offer customers.Thanks
