Amazing ambience, Great food & Humble staff.It was delightful experience eating here

Nice hotel located in vijay mahar indore near life care hospital. Hotel staff is cooperative. Hotel is clean. Hotel cafe is a bit expensive.

Really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff.

Their so called executive suite is too small and petty bathroom. No space for a normal person to stand properly to brush in the sink.The music in their inhouse private party place is so high that one cannot relax, and yup its not for everyone. The pain is for you, not the party invitation 😂

Location - youll find it difficult to find this placeJust go for the Natures Kitchen Pluck & DineLandmark, its just few steps away from it.Accommodation : In this term its above average, when is visited this place the room was neat and clean, behavior of the staff was good to us.Apart from this Ive ordered 1 water bottle, and I did not received the service may be they might have forgotten.

The place is nice and the biggest advantage for us was that it was pet friendly. The food was good and the rooms above average. The staff however was sloppy and did not even give the bill.

Stayed with family for 2 days including my 2 dogs , and i must say that this was the best stay in Indore for us , Room was comfortable, clean and properly sanitized. Staff and Management is too good and will not let any trouble or disturbance come to you. Food is super delicious with nice view from their roof top restaurant. Also they keep kitchen open if u need some late night food. I will definately recommend Bonsai hotel for the stay and food.

Very bad service.. Had to call number of times for any room service get done. No toiletries, towels provided after asking for multiple times.. No drinking water.. Theres no covered parking.

Nice hotel ...!! We stay night after Ujjain Darshan...!! Food is awesome..!! We order Paneer Kadhai and veg pulav its really awesome taste I ever Had...!! Dont order chai(Tea) its Overpriced..!!

Excellent find! Clean and super friendly staff with all facilities you can expect in much higher priced hotel. Central hot water (no tank limits), impeccable house keeping and general services. Bar,/Restaurant is modern with ambiance music and delicious food for veg and non veg alike. My personal favorite de tandoori platter!

Its newly opened hotel, so room quality is very nice and clean. Other aminites also in very good condition as its just constructed.Location of this hotel is very near from brilliant convection hall. So if you are coming to attend any program at brilliant convection, its best option to stay in budget.

Very bad.... Poor food and ambience

Its average hotel with basic room and facilities.Its new hotel but still not very clean. Staff is good but I think there are very few people to attend.There were lot of noise throughout the night coming from terrace, which was very disturbing.Its average hotel with basic facilities.dining facility is there with 24 hours kitchen and room service. Toilet is small and not well designed and even the towel provided was very small in size. Needs lot of improvement for customer satisfaction.

Just one thing Bonsai should consider that Music time should not cross 11 PM in the bar or roof top party area. Good staff, good services. Good location and personally I like the interior and exterior design.

Dirty rooms and bathrooms, food served in dirty utensils, no soap ,shampoo or shower gel in bathroom. My stay with my family was not good. Last but not the least location is good and parking space is available.
