Affordable, worthwhile and well located.I booked this hotel based on the reviews and it’s location and I was really glad of my selection. The hotel service is very good. Room was clean and tidy and had all the amenities needed. Though I didn’t eat here but I believe the food must be good too. I would really love to stay here every time I have to stay in Indore, because they have all you can get in this much price.

I was on a business trip to Indore. So booked a room in Ginger on 28th August. It was a pathetic experience since I stepped into Hotel.There was no staff for Luggage.I waited for 1 hour over a Plastic Chair as My room was getting ready although it was complimentary 3 hours early check-in but they have a policy to let the customer waiting.The smell of the room.it was simply superb.I can feel that aroma even today after 3-4 days.I posted few pics of the Great Gym of Ginger Indore. please have a look, guys.Thank You.P.S :- Never book Ginger Indore.

Our guests stayed at venue and had okish feedback, they had experience of staying at ginger ahemdabad and found it little low.Overall the property was filled upto max.

Best available hotel in tarrif range.Rooms are very clean and hygienic. Bathroom are also very clean. Restaurant food is also very good.All social distancing guidelines are followed.

Price to high but service very poor. Lift working very slow. Single towel changed once in two day. No saving kit. Room accessories not working good.

Ok place. Room and linen looked worn out.Staff is not well trained. We had to repeat information more than once. Very inconvenient when you check in late evening after a very tiring day.

It did not Feel like staying at Ginger brand which is IHL / Tata Venture. The Rooms are way too small to accommodate 2 Adults & 1 child. Bed too small. The booking should have not been taken if the space is this small. The room & bathroom was not maintained as per Ginger Standards. One lift was not working of the two.I will not recommend this hotel for family at all for specific reasons.Only the Reception and Restaurant seems to be as earlier and upto the mark. Location was great, beds were comfortable, checkin was quick. however food was not good, parking is open and bird droppings fall on your car. had to wash the car before leaving. checkout was fast. inhouse service staff was excellent.

ROOM SIZE IS SMALL AS COMPARED TO OTHER HOTELS. THE WORST PART IS THEY NITHER HAVE DOUBLE BEDS NOR THE FULL SIZE BED SHEETS AND BLANKETS. IN CASE OF COUPLE OR FAMILY, THEY JOINT 02 SINGLE BEDS AND BEDDINGS AND PROVIDE 02 SEPERATE BLANKETS. ENTRY IS FROM BACK SIDE OF A TOWER, POOR AMBIENCE, OPEN PARKING AREA.NEXT LIMIT IS THAT THEY DONT HAVE SERVICE BOYS. YOU HAVE TO CARRY YOUR OWN LUGGAGE. IF YOU NEED WATER, YOU HAVE TO GO TO WATER FILTET AND ARRANGE FOR YOU. IN ALL SELF SERVICE.OVERALL, IN THE NAME OF SERVICE INDUSTRY.THIS WAS THE WORST HOTEL, I HAVE EVER STAYED.

Property is decently situated but rooms and Housekeeping is not as per ginger standard.I can understand housekeeping it may because of covid-19 but room size are quite compromised.But its Decent stay all together.Hotel is in almost center of the city that makes convenient for all to reach out at any location.

Hotel is good place to stay. staff is cordial. food is good and hygine. The only thing is that parking area is less in the hotel.

I am very much disappointed with this hotel staffs and Housekeeping department. They have placed expired Tea sachet, they have kettle in the room but not functioning at all. I have taken pictures and made one small video as well. in the wash room no towel in the wardrobe only 2 hangers instead of 6 or 8. Broken switches. when I called reception no one bothered to pick the call though they sits very near to phone.over all experience was worst.My recommendation is please avoid to book this hotel.

Not a good leave alone great place.. even though it is not a 3 or 5 star hotel, the basic is what I would expect. More than half the things on the menu are not available leaving you to eat practically the same thing everyday. The staff aint too great too .

Place is good but there is no personal parking space. You have to park your car in the open. Good sanitization practice with stringent entry form and mandatory temperature check makes this place safe to stay in the pandemic time.

Hey Team Ginger,Thank you for asking the feedback regarding the stay,Let me be blunt & honest with you guys in order to provide a genuine & loyal feeback w.r.t to the stay at Ginger,See, I reside in Bangalore & have been a regular traveller to indore and at ginger hotel, Intial one time you guys have given me the room as per my preference after that never ever you guys have provided the room as per the prefrences, Each time I book via MMT i very clearly specify my specific requirements, I asked for a double bed as im decently sized still you guys after requesting at reception also have given me a twin bed room, Which is pathetic in terms of appearance, Stinking smell inside the room, Considering Ginger as a well known chain of hotels this sort of demeaning things are not at all acceptable,Today the hospitality sector is very much dominated by OYO and the room quality which youve given me with 4300 bucks for a nights stay along with lunch is too much to consider,where in OYO is providing the same at 430 bucks which in ten times exponentialy more as compared to Ginger,Hotels such as fairfield by marriot & Effotel by sayaji are very muc into your segment and were providing the rooms at very competitive pricing compared to your location and brand name,This particular stay i had was pathetic with no privacy at the lobby area continuos disturbance from outside and so on and so forth,To conclude the feedback i must tell team ginger, You guys must be much more compassionate about the guest checking in and have bare minimum decency of providing him the room of his prefrence as per his choice as hes paying you at the end of the day his hard earned money,Please work on reception ethics & be much more gentle to the guest checking in with all due respect in this competitive market,Else you would loose out on a significant set of loyal customer base.Thank you,Hope to see you guys soon with a better service ethic in the near future,Rise & Shine,Mrinal.

No one ask you about your experience.

Generally clean and welcoming, this is a no frills business hotel.The tariff in the level of IHG, this hotel.lacks the chic smartness of the counterpart.The food is good, but the rooms in Indore are starkly bland and lack the minimum styling and lighting to make the tired traveller feel cosy.I thought they can do much more with their spacious lobbies and corridors with bare floors and walls.

The stay was comfortable with good room as always. But the food quality is below standard, specially the dinner. I had this dinner on buffet, and the food quality as well as variety was below Ginger standard. I have stayed in Ginger in many cities (Agartala, Jaipur to name a few). But the variety of items and taste in those hotels were quite appreciable. This is MP and they lacked to please my taste buds during the dinner. And on top of it they didnt offer ice cream after the food. I was told it was not in stock. Ridiculous.. Is it a road side hotel?I love to stay in Ginger hotels wherever I go and also suggest my friends to experience this comfortable stay. But Ginger, Indore has let me down.Hope they improve their food services in days to come..

Small budget hotel, a very regular Ginger hotel. The staff is good, the food is nice and the hotel rooms are in general clean. The rooms are a bit smaller in size though. Location is on the backside of the Shopper Stop complex from 5th to 7th floor. The reception is on the 5th floor. Good short budget stay but if you feel uncomfortable in compact rooms, this place may not be for you.

I had good food here and a great stay here. We had to wait long in the restaurant for dinner, which the crew has to work a bit. The Ambience was good. The Rooms were properly maintained. The WiFi wasnt great but however they had better plans where you have to pay accordingly. Also, the common restroom needs more cleanliness and provision. Thank you for having us.

Amazing stay! Just a issue is, rooms are smaller in size. Else you will get good experience in service, stay, food, breakfast...! Just they have issue with door locks (may be temporary) Best is location, ambience, CCD below hotel and a great connectivity.
