Customers shud b informed that trial is temporarily not allowed visiting d store is waste of time n energy...As after 1 hr of selecting clothes for trial ,the staff said that trial is closed n v can only exchange them if required.....If theres no trial allowed n no Return PolicyPeople shud b atleast informed as v enter the store .

Westside, is one of my favourite place to shop and this Westside in indore is huge. They have clothes, makeup and also they have this huge home accessories session which is so beautiful and they have all this astheic products that you want to buy for your house. Its also wheelchair accessible and they have this amazing two floor store filled with latest collection so if you are looking for a shopping spree than this is a place to be.

Really bad quality products. dont want to give even one star. I purchased a T shirt worth 1500 and its started tearing from my shoulder in one week. I went to them and they refused to give me refund and provided me coupon to buy anything else from that coupon i bought a sleeper worth 500rs and its started breaking from middle never seen such even with a 100rs local sleeper. I am afraid with remaining 1000rs i bought track suit jacket and havent used it yet it may tear too. bad bad quality never visit westside store if want to save your money.

Whenver going to Westside please cary cash because they are having no online transaction facility or car payment facility.

The only good place in indore for shopping for me. Its update in collection every season is the sole thing which attracts its consumers.

Collections could be better, the stock should be increased. There are so limited choices.But a decent nice collection as well

Pathetic staff experience.Staff should be given free time for gossip sessions.People visiting have to wait unless they finish their conversation, be it 10 min to 1/2 an hour.This ultimately lets them walk out of store.Plus billing is more time consuming, with one customer also they will take min of 30 min to 40 min

Staffs are polite and helpful. Price is ok. Parking space is limited. During sale time customers come queue up before Westside could open. I enjoy 20% discount in my birthday month.Security is also good. I love their radio. I also interacted to their staff many times and they always helped to check on different colours and size from display.

The place has come back to its old glory which was missing for past few years. The collection is all new and good. On top of it reasonably priced. I would recomend a visit to the store to feel the change.

1. Disappointing customer service- Water coolers are not available during summers. Nor is a simple water bottle available. If you ask for water you get uncooperative answers from staff.2. Gift Wrapping service unavailable- i was informed by the billing counter that i can get my.purchase wrapped from the cosmetic counter. However, the staff there denied saying that during sale they dont do it. Although two of them were standing free with no customers to attend and all wrapping material available with them.3. Change in Alteration desk- Alteration desk changed from usual floor to another floor. No intimation on billing desk about that.Internal communication is very poor.4. Parking place changed - parking is hassled customer has to walk all the way up from basement. Parking guys also dont talk polietly.5. Worst attitude towards senior citizens- Dont show required courtesy. Even though stools are available if u ask the staff to give it for someone who has problem standing for long time, they reply back saying that the stools are for.keeping clothes.All in all there is no personal service, no courtesy, no polite behaviour that is shown to you.Its just for selling. Its like any other vegetable shop.Totally failing when compared to shoppers top and Central where customers are taken care of and shopping is made an enjoyable experience.
