I booked a brezza in bhawarkua and paid but one hour before the pick up they asked me to pick the car from nandlaal pura.When I went to the car it was horribly dirty. Havent seen a car more dirtier than that. Every type of gutka pouches, fruits skin, liqueur smell were present there.Not at all value for money. At least try to wash once in a year if not monthly.

1 star because there is no 0 star. The poorest of poor service you could ever expect, I had to cancel the booking and my meeting, and the responses I got from local associate was just pathetic. Here it goes, booked a vehicle last night for 9 am 20 Dec i.e. today with my international DL and it got rejected as they dont accept it, so I was asked to upload indian DL which is fine. Reached to pick up the car and got confirmation that Car Tiago I booked is not fit to drive so another Car Creta is alloted, good news it appeared at first but the Creta was blocked due to another car parked in front of it, kept trying to get hold of local associate for 40 mins, also called help desk and even they tried to get hold of associate with no luck. at 10.30 ish got a call back but the response was that he is trying to get someone on site with no clear picture of when. Kept hanging in there for another few minutes before thinking I am done and then cancelled the booking with help desk and gave them this feedback. Got a call again from the associate, I said bhaiya I am not Happy with your service and that you should look at it, people are paying good money and expect good service, I also told him that I had to cancel my meeting due to this, his response was 2000 le rahe hain to 15 lakh ki gaadi bhi to de rahe hain, I lost the zeal of continuing that further and that was it.The email I received was still showing tiago with reg no. of Creta, this obviously added to some confusion, but as compared to overall situation it can be ignored.

Pathetic service, I have booked zoomcar on 6th july and it ended on the same day. Till date I havent received my refund. Kindly refund immediately

My first experience was with Zoomcar was not very pleasant. I was offered a car at a location and it didnt work so, after half an hour I was redirected here. In here, there were Zoomcar officials who helped me get started and kept all things checked, ultimately turned a sour experience to sweeter one.

This is a nice and decent pickup location right by the service road. Easily visible and easy to pick and drop the car back.
