This resort on the plateau outside Indore is a better place to spend time and to renew yourself. We came here for a family function and had a lot of fun for three days. The food, service here is very good . Last day we had a lot of fun in the water park here .

Its nice place but. Resort have to do many more argument to public.. Some mismanagement are their.. No argument for doctors. Just double charge for buy any things. Pool side is good working no accident zone.. Green... many tree and plant its good for visitors.. Hotel and rooms is absolutely good overall nice place

Its fine. You can take your kids to hangout a bit in waterpark and have some fun in their adventure Park too, if you want to skip other water parks in Indore. But the park is very average. The list of could have been is very long. Really, given the space they have they could have done better. The staff too is not properly trained. They dont know what they are doing. But it can be worked and not the condition of the park. So be ready to expect a very mediocre service and very basic park amenities here.

Located where Shell city used to be. If marketed and maintained nicely this place has the potential for grest success. Almost everything was great. Food was good amd the service was prompt. The water world had some really interesting slides and a really helpful support staff. One shortcoming was the depth of pools. Maximum depth was 4 feet. The adventure package was very good, the tasks challenging and required full attention. Safety measures were sufficient. The support staff was extremely helpful guiding and motivating till you achieved the goal. A great place for team outing or family get together.

Worst.. nothing was good..very bad food..staff service zero .. very poor..they also cheat you on money ..did not gave receipts..charged Rs 550/- per person for food and rides but provided water park ticket With Rs 348/- on it. What about the Rest amount..no receipt..person on the front reception do not have manners to talk even. Very bad experience..

Worst resort I have ever 👀 no taste in food lack of salt, spices, pool water dirty, limited rides you can use only 1 time. Please dont waste your money either coming here you can choose other places like, somanipuram, naksali dhani, etc

Well this place is not so good and easily visible from far place..Food quality is poor & drinking water contains many tiny particles which ate not good for health...For adventure there are some activities.Swimming pool and its slides are not working properly .They also do not have very good service at all.

Very irritating staff... if you are not sure for your plan never submit your advance payment. Resort is so cheap behavior that they cant return your advance payment. And in hindi pura staff koi kam nhi karega bus eak naye staff ka no de kar gol gol ghumata rahega..worst coustomer response..😡😡😡😡😡😡

Old shell city.......This is just a low classed resort it hs cuts on its waterslide s and waterslides are not properly fitted just watch out for instructions

Worst place to visit in Indore!!Worst water park- all the pools were dirty and full of plastic polythenes, cups and algae.Also, most of the water slide were closed even when many people were there.the staff was irresponsible, rude and misbehaving with tourists.Even food was not good in taste.They promised us to provide breakfast but in the end they denied and there is no breakfast shop around the resort also.It is actually Shell city which is renamed to Touchwood resort.Not worth for money.

Another jewel added in the feather of Indore. Excellent hospitality. Mouth watering dishes,varities of rides from kid to paa. Reasonable price effectively none.

Good place for one day getaway with family and friends , adventure activities are very good, they include rock climbing, wire walking, zip line , commando nets etc, water park is not that great as compared to crescent and many slides are not functional, you get stuck on some of them as waterflow is not proper, food was good but not that great.

A great place to visit.you wouldnt want to come out once to enter it.There are variety of slides multiple pool.I have visited all the waterparks in Indore ...But according to my experience this is the best among all.Food is also very tasty...I want to visit again with my family .

Old shell city named to touchwood good branding but same old infrastructure, not all rides are working also need cleanliness. Dirty water in rides only advantage less crowd even on Sunday, I would suggest to visit Cresent water park on non-Sundays.

Water slides, adventure activities, food, magic shows, paintball, camel, horse, bullockcart rides.. Full fun package it was!

Actually its an adventurous place...... There are only a disco, octarope, those slides and all as shown in the photos, magic and puppet show, bubble gambling, shooting, water slides, and kid zone with swings and slides, and horse riding............ Despite of all these things i didnt find something interesting, only octarope was good....

Worst Place. Name changed from Shell City to touchwood resort. Their staff is the worst of all. A person named Mr. Khan misbehaved with us and was not cooperative at all. The slides were not working and the water was dirty and smelly.
