There happens many meditation program including Happiness program (basic course) based on powerful Sudarshan Kriya.The program are thought by AOL officially trained teachers. Many people join here to learn Sudarshan Kriya in Happiness program.Every Friday there is soulful satsang (open for all) from 8.30 to 9.30 pm. Every Sunday morning there happens long Kriya follow-up only for people who have done the Happiness program.Apart this there happens many events and social welfare programs like blood donation, plantation, free school for under-previligd children.One who wants learn Sudarshan Kriya to live stress free life, learn time management, increase positivity, being self motivated, spread smile, overcome self weakness, remove negativity, be more aware towards self and society can come here and join the program.
