It is a good place to have coffee, although the place has good space however after covid time this looks small and the staff is cooperative. The expense for two persons is 700 for two coffee and small snack. The best Time to visit 12-1pm since this is in business complex so occupied most of the time in day.

CCD Guys are Good, but CCD Required Upgrade in there Menu and Items.

Its like any other CCDs except it has a very narrow entrance through a spiral staircase,Avoid this one if you have problems with climbing stairs.

CCDs are always good to have great experience, conversation, f2f talks with your family, friends and loved ones, great coffee options with mouth watering bakery always makes one to go again

Excellent service apart from being great in hospitality and quality it was disheartening to only two staff members employed including the cafe manager Mr Dheeraj who was excellent and was managing it very well.

I would say this is the Best CCD in Jammu City. Its in the heart of the city, in Bahu Plaza Business Center. The only downside is that it take a bit more time to get your orders delivered. Its very popular with young people.They have renovated interiors recently. Not all items on menu are available now.

Very courteous staff. They deserve our special appreciation. We were stuck at Jammu with the train running indefinitely late and with our SIM cards not working in Jammu. The staff had no qualms in offering us their mobiles for calling , and also helped us setup WiFi in our mobiles with otp from their mobile. They hosted us patiently for 3 hours without any issues.

Its one of the cozy and nice cafés that I have visited location is prime at bahu plaza provides best coffee and snacks staff is helpful and friendly service is quick nice place to have some coffee anytime of the day. Digital payment facilities are also available will love to be their again soon

The worst experience with bahu plaza CCD. The worst staff with no ethics to deal with customers. We had combos of cold coffee and tandori chicken sandwitch bt there was no chicken in sandwitch only capsicum was there but when I complained about that one of the staff members said ....isme meri kya galati ha....CCD ko complain kro. The worst ever visit. Had pathetic experience.

I had a very bad experience with Bahu Plaza CCD. Staff is illitrate and mannerless. Sandwitch I ordered was the worst ever. Above all the staff is really worst.

Ambience is great, located at the city centre but the service is pretty sluggish so be prepared to take along a friend so that you can chat while your order is made ready. Else, nothing but your phone can rescue you.

Go to place for Jammu youth, but the menu is outdated and preparation is not so good. Quantity and quality have both taken a dip in last few years. Go to Barista in the next building instead.
