When we went to learn to swim, we didnt know anything. Within 10 days, we learned to swim, the trainers who teach us, their behavior is very good, all the teachers always keep our attention on us. He keeps on encouraging them so that their morale does not get lower.

I had attempted to learn swimming 3-4 times before joining apple. At some places I had near drowning experiences during childhood and as a result i had developed fear for water.Re-attempted it this time. Took 30 days class in january. At the moment, fairly comfortable with learnings. For the first time i able to breath while swimming.I learned from Gourang Sir. He is the best swimming instructor I have ever come across.Thank you

Too Pricey compared to competition, so I decided to go to Gymkhana Club, where the pool is 7-8 times larger. At Apple Mind Body the pool is small and number of people in it is very high for anyone to go end-to-end or to do serious swimming. I think its god choice for small kids learning to swim. Plus their gym fees are also cost prohibitive and thats tiny too. I suggest you look at alternatives before signing up.

I was in Indore for 8 days and I wanted to learn swimming.Apple mind and body came highly recommended from some locals.They have a small training pool. However, the coaching is amazing. True to Manoj sirs words, I came out confident in water in 8 days. He and his team are excellent at what they do. They allowed me to use the pool whenever they were open and spent lot of time going in detail on what 8 am doing right, what I am not. How, I can improve etc.Would I recommend the place, absolutely. I am definitely going to take advantage of their pool and other facilities next time I am in Indore.Thanks a lot your help Manoj sir.Wish you all the best.

PROS:Very good and friendly trainers. They have a step by step professional approach. I was really scared of water and manoj sir’s motivational approach really helped me get over my fear. Arpit sir was there through the rest of the training with very motivating and fun learning techniques. I learned good swimming in just a month.CONS:I did the course during november so i was expecting a heated pool. But even after making several requests, the pool was not heated. In one month training , the pool was heated only 4-5 days that too for 5-10 mins after making many requests. So if one is looking for a heated pool, this is not the place.

Double the rate half the swimming pool. The owner focuses more on impressing the customers using flattery.
