Amazing cafe with inside and outside seatings.Very comfortable place with proper parking space just in front of the cafe.The food was very tasty however after the lockdown the taste is somewhat compromised.I just hope the management takes steps to restore their original taste.As it is a bakery, its cakes and puffs are very refreshing.

Visited here with family, food quality is good but not authentic , pizza were good, but Chinese items were lagging in taste and prepration, heavy coating of cornflour on small piece of chicken, rates are moderate. AC was not working feel too hot and smeliwhile dinner.cafeteria is lagging in cleanliness.and food service One can not plan here with sopiscticated people & friends .Parking is big problem here in crown palace most of the car they park on road and apposit to hotel.need improvement.

Cafe Bakewell is the coffee shop for Hotel Crown Palace. Its easily visible from the road. They have a parking lot thats common with the parent hotel. So u r likely to find it full, especially on weekends. But they do have complimentary valet parking. So not a big issue.They have a few tables on the outside. With plants around, its quite enjoyable in the evening. Inside is chic. The ambience is very good, but seating is limited.The food was not up to the mark. Compared to the price the amount, I felt was inadequate. The presentation of food was not up to the mark. We had to ask for the plates n forks n spoons n tissues. Its basically self-service, aided by a few waiters.We had ordered Chicken pastas, one in red sauce n one in white. The taste again was not exceptional...just ok. With tht, a chicken sizzler, which was too sweet. We had also ordered a chicken fry, which had 6 small pieces of boneless chicken. The taste was ok, but the quantity was less. We had also ordered cold cappuccinos which were fabulous...they hd a range of cold coffees. I wud like to try their kit kat coffee. The fresh lime soda was awesome too.The service was poor. The food came pretty fast. But the waiters seemed to b biased in some way...giving attention to a few. I had to raise my voice as a last resort to get some water. Cozy ambience. Good food, good taste. Place for chocolate and coffee lovers.

Went for dinner. Here we get all kind of food items and bakery items. Even South Indian dishes are available here. Place is neatly maintained having good ambiance. We tried Aloo parata and Dosa items. Both are good in taste. Its self service counter, but they serve food to table. Bake Well opens till 2 am. Here we get good variety of cakes

I tasted their cookies. They are sold all over city in other shops. But their cookies with oats are the best being crisp n tasty with good shelf life. I tried them 4, 5 times in the past.

Many of my good evenings have been spent here. Good food and reasonably priced.

The cashier was rude, not bothered. Order came very very late . Then the order was not as expected. We had to remind him twice to send the order soon. We received allo paratha which was very thin and small. It was a roti only . Doesnt seem like this kind of paratha will take this much time. We immediately teared the paratha in front of waiter to show who also wasnt having answer. We had to go to cashier again who was explaining that this is a alloo paratha only. Its not of bake well standard. We have had this many times. When asked for refund the cashier had returned with lot of attitude without accepting any mistake or showing courtesy.

It is very good place for couple and friends but it is very expressive place the cafe bakewell and it is open in the night also closed on or before 2:00 am

Renovation gave the cafe a rich look ambience wise. Food served is tasty while the service is also fast. Staff is well behaved and helping in nature. White sauce pasta served was delicious and the hot vanilla brownie served as the perfect ending to a stressful day.

Pathetic experienceI have bought a Baked Veg which usually has a pineapple in it but unfortunately pineapple in it was giving a foul smell. and I hate that.

A little too crowded at times and I personally feel sitting arrangements could be better. Still the menu is good if you love munching :)

Purchased wheat bread on 27 june 2020 and had sold with expiry of same day, while it should have minimum 2 days for consumption. While unpacked for connsumtion it was fungus affected and very hard. Very bad business practice. A dishonest organisation.

This place used to be great, maybe 9 years ago. I visited this today and was very disappointed. People behind the cash counter and pastry counter have no sense of service. Like a lot of folks with a false sense of identity they think they are there to sell food items in exchange of money. There is no gratitude, courtesy and sense of service towards the customer; At least I felt none. Maybe only the people I dealt with today, and not others, were sub Par. Please go somewhere else to spend your time and money

Bake Well does not require an introduction in Indore. They are associated with one of the oldest hotel name, Crown Palace. Bakery items are really impressive and tasty with the quality in the items. Pricing might be felt on a higher side. Service, hospitality and hygiene well maintained.

Terrible experience everytime I visit the place. The inhospitable man at their cash counter is always busy with his personal phone calls and not courteous enough to entertain customers waiting to order at his counter. Extremely lethargic attitude sets the wrong tone since start and this disappointment is constant everytime you visit the place.
