Dr Melanie Watson is awesome. Highly rated. Shes well versed in womens issues and is non-judgmental and supportive.

Great Doctors. Deplorable Practice Manager. In the time of a pandemic where doctor consultations are via telephone, scripts are provided via email. When I called to have the script emailed to the pharmacy I was met with disdain for the pandemic circumstances and told policy doesnt allow a script to be emailed. Shameful really. When I said it was ridiculous given the pandemic and that I had previously received the script via email, I was told to stop raising my voice. Terrible and absolutely laughable customer service.

Awesome from reception staff all the way thru to the Nurses, the Doctors I see are wonderful. Waiting time is usually negible and often I am in and out before my appointment was even booked as I always arrive early. (Well I try too) :)

Receptionist is the rudest person I have ever met. I fainted outside the practice after having a blood test and she was yelling at me when I came inside asking if I could be seen by a doctor because I fainted and hit my head. She said are you a patient here, did you make an appointment!? when I asked for help. She then said well youre not seeing anyone unless you are a patient of this practice! The nurse came out and was very lovely and helped me but unfortunately I would avoid this practice in future based on the experience I had with the receptionist. She was so incredibly rude and unprofessional.

Such a great general practice! Dr Jenny Conn is absolutely amazing and professional! Absolutely recommend to everyone in the area!

Excuse me? How can I make an appointment through phone or in person? I couldnt get through your public phone.———-Then the next day, I made an appointment in person and visit the doctor next day. The receptionist was very kind, patient and professional. And doctor (sorry I forget his name that was the first office) very kind and humorous. Thank you for all.

Ive been seeing Dr Jenny Conn for 10 years now she is a great doctor, through two pregnancies plus both my children and husband see her too. Really cares about us and Anthony at reception is awesome.

Wouldnt allow me to book as Ive never been there.Poor and disappointed when seeking help from health professionals to be silenced or screened by reception staff.All members of the public should have access to entry level GPs.

Hard to get an appointment nowadays. Good when you can. It is why I am giving the practice a rating 3 as opposed to 4 or 5 that it could have had. The doctors are very good. The receptionists are pleasant. But Im just frustrated that myself/my family members cant get to see a doctor on a day that we need to.

The reception staff can always get me in if its an emergency, and the Doctors are great. Zara Vickers is right up on the latest information and very down to earth. Its well worth the money to see a good Dr!

The best service I have ever received from a team of doctors who really care about your health and giving you all the information to be informed. They are also friendly and warm.

There are a number of doctors at Indooroopilly medical centre who are absolutely wonderful - Dr Watson in particular really eases the pain of being unwell just by being caring and considerate. She is very empathetic has an excellent manner - if only all doctors were like her! Dr Hamilton is a very capable physician, although when my cat had just died and I burst into tears he told me to get over it. He may not be the best option for someone who has history with mental illness, but he knows his stuff physically - he diagnosed me on a number of different items very efficiently. The other doctors in the surgery are all very capable and nice enough, although sometimes I have felt a little rushed during appointments. If you have more than one ailment, definitely book an extended appointment.The reception staff are all absolutely lovely, especially Lyn and (i think her name is) Emily. Very welcoming and considerate.

Just spoke to the receptionist named Anthony who was extremely incompetent and then spoke to the nurse who told me I was being rude for asking questions about the process involved with the implanon. The only reason I will ever go here is because my amazing GP moved from Paddington to this practice (Dr Andrew North is amazing), as for everyone else that works there- its all extremely unprofessional.

Phone up to make an appointment. Asked if this was the medical center and if I could make an appointment. Receptionist stated they werent taking any new patients and hung up on me.

This place has it all, the doctors, pharmacy, pathologist, dentist, periodontist, chiropractor/massage therapist, audiologist, orthodontist, dermatologist and also epic employment!! Super convenient and well situated across from the indooroopilly shopping center.

I have been a patient here for over 15 years, and the GPs I have had/still see have consistently given an extremely high level of care. There are plenty of female doctors, who I prefer to see as a woman. They are highly qualified and experienced, very thorough, genuinely compassionate and communicate really well too. I have a lot of medical problems and they have helped me greatly with them, including picking up my symptoms of cancer and getting all the tests to diagnose it and organising for me to go to hospital. I usually see Dr Melanie Watson, Dr Liz Hayes and Dr Cathy Whiteman. I have enormous gratitude to each of them, as well as the wonderful staff at reception.

Absolute rip-off for compounded items. Phone around. I got exact same scripts for half the price at another compound pharmacy.

Every time I go here I get the good oil.

Not happy, everywhere it says that this medical centre closes at 5pm today and I ring just after 4:30pm to find out they are already closed. :(
