Good location. But as usual limited products. The place is for kids & teenagers, although the price is reasonable. Check out if you wanna shop girly everyday utilities.

Loved the products designs, colours and service. The product quality is also very good as compared to its price. It is really good for a starter. Got no complaints but as this is for feedback I would recommend some japanese music and more stocks supply. Overall its the best shop Ive visited in the neighbourhood❤

Has cute and unique products, however some items may not be of very high quality.

The other state or countries staff are courteous and polite .I’m shocked of this imphal sales executive are not even bother to attend and communicate.I asked either the mask are available ,The lady with short hair just role her eyes and shrugged .Won’t ever revisit such a pathetic Imphal miniso .Requesting all the higher authorities Please look into this matter regarding with your staff customer services :(

I really am in love with the products of MinisoI have bought many stuffs including bags,wallets,mugs,sunglasses etcI have been saving my pocket moneys every month to buy miniso’s productsThe prices are quite resonable with the qualities of the goodsThe staffs are really friendly and helpful here in Miniso!They get along with customers really well!And especially to the lady in the counter who greets evryone with a smile😊Whilst in Mumyuso you get followed in every step by the staffs!I know its the staff’s duty to take care of the customers but you know its reallly annoying when youre followed like a magnet in every corner you go inside the shop!We can’t concentrate on which items to buy if you’re bugging too much!I hope Miniso’s staffs will also understand my feedbacks and it would be really nice if we are being monitored just by keeping an eye on us and not being followed!Cause I feel im a Thief when im followed too much🤣Thank You

Its quite small as compared to Miniso in other places...also the collection was a lil old...bt then if you have never been to miniso ...you can go there to get cute stuff as they quite a wide range starting from stationary, electronics, cosmetics , soft toys n many more!

Okay for an international brand dept store at a micro city...but expected more stuff & variety...have been fan of discounted rates for accessories in metro but seems its limited here...will come again when new products are available
