Here we can get prepaid electric recharge without any extra taxes. And recently the authority need some details like Meter no. Connection no. Consumer name, mobile no. and lastly to mention the amount to be recharge, should be written on a piece of paper while getting the recharge.

#PoorService ..... All day electricity is provided and it is 6 oclock in the night. The electricity goes out and dont know what it takes them in the night, what kind of people u are.. do you have? Do you know that not having electricity at night causes a lot of trouble to all people?

They want money for free without doing job. The power cuts is so often. With prepaid also power cut so often in sagolband tera sapam leirak.

It is one of the electricity office of Manipur (MSPDCL) which is located in Lamphelpat in Imphal.Electricity recharges can be bought from the recharge counters of this office during the given office hours.Ones complaints concerning with the electricity can also be put up at this office.

Worst service ever.. I cant even expressed how angry and frustrated Im right now.. its prepaid system but they cant give us the electricity properly whats the point of having prepaid system then? its only the loss for the consumers bcoz whether they supply the power or not they will still charge atleast 4-5 rupees per day from every consumers.. prepaid but we get only 6 hours electricity and sometimes we dont get it for whole 2-3 days...

Worst Customer service ever. They the staff may think that its normal for them not to attend the Customer according to the right norms because they are brought up in the corrupted society. Not their false after all. Well not educated is the culprit.

Division office of MSPDCL IED-II

The worse service in the whole Imphal area.Always goes off at night when all the people need it the most. others services are proving 24/7 services and here we get 6/7. Hopeless no use

Showing office hour starts from 9:30 am but staffs started to attend the office at 10:30 am. They ruined others reputation who are very corporative

Life without electric was better thn this electrical system of Manipur, Govt is not taking up any action, no meter box no connection, no regular power supply its like we are still living in 80s remote area even though in Imphal main city
