One of the most worst courier service , booked parcel 1.2 kg charged 970 /- including insurance from imphal to Delhi on dt 3.7.2021 July today is dt 15 augest.manager is illetrate, a worst behaviour,person I have ever seen.when enquire they mention in office they , says vehicle get accident in Guwahati ,I paid for air service not surface service.mailed to customer care no response,.i request others also be beware of such useless courier.

Ordered an item online. received a call from the DTDC office saying the area I live is not serviceable. The website where I brought the item didnt mentioned it was not serviceable nor the name of the courier company. Am I suppose to first speak with all courier companies and find out if the area I live is serviceable and then buy online. Its ridiculous, poor service, disgrace and will never use this company again.

Everytime we use this courier service there is ni home delivery they always asks the customers to come and take their parcel.Idnt knw why but its always like that which is a disappointment for the customers..coz many new courier service are providing home delivery services evry now n then!!!! Worst service ever.. Went to ship some skincare items for a client but they wouldnt ship it because of whatever reasons they have. They have done this about twice or thrice now..People are educated and we actually care to see the rules & regulations of non shippable items. My products or its contents & formulations were not mentioned on the list. Either shut down or educate your staff.. The airline isnt the problem because you know what, I got my products by air cargo too. Only your courier has problems.

The height of unprofessionalism of the executives working there is incomparable. Dtdc is a trustable establishment but the employees of this particular office is very disappointing.

Taking transit from Delhi to gauhati is good but from gauhati to Imphal is not good. It make more days then delhi to Imphal.

I cant tell about the experiences of sending parcels, but when I have something to receive, I went there myself and collect it, I never expect any courier services in Manipur to deliver to our exact location.Its a known fact prevailing around our state. So no worries!! I gave 5 star rating coz I got my parcel intact,no damages.

They dont deliver instead they called and ask us to pick up, above that the condition of the packages arriving were pretty banged up, you cannot be sure whether your product was damaged or not even if damage theyll not take any responsibilities.

Please stop calling it a courier service as the person has to come himself to the office to get the courier.The funny thing is , the consignment is kept in office and when one will track their consignment,it will show out for delivery.😂and in the evening they will send you a message COULD NOT ATTEMPT.When you try to contact them they will give you excuses.Use this only if you have no other option.

Everything is good but only thing is there is no home delivery

Either they should recruit good active employees or shut down this branch. They never do door step deliver, even the places within 2 km range from the office which has the same pin code. They always ask everyone to collect the parcel from the office. If you request them to deliver they will just say out of coverage area, wont listen to anyone and they will disconnect the call immediately. And sometimes people get empty parcel or they wont inform at all.

The given contact no. is invalid and never send anything through DTDC. I have sent a doc and the consignment no. remains invalid for few days nor the delivery is on track. Its pathetic.

Though their delivery is good, but the person sitting at the reception desk is very ill - mannered and rude. Gives horrible and impolite replies when you ask a question or two reg. their mode of deliveries. Very frightful experience. Should have rated in negative if there would have been an option.

Every time these guys fail to deliver at time, more precisely they dot deliver at all. If you wait, youll be waiting months. And the contact number given doesnt work either. So the only option is that you go to their office and pick up your parcel.

One of the worst courier services in my area, they never do home delivery citing some lame excuse like the delivery boy is on leave. The product I bought from a merchant website which was shipped through DTDC has not been delivered but when I go to the courier website to track the item, it says that the item was delivered to me in person. Ive made a formal complaint but I am yet to get a response from them, lets see what their excuse will be this time.

Dtdc Imphal especially lamlong branch is the worst. They never deliver they only call on to pick up the package. From Hyderabad to Imphal it took only 3 days. From Imphal(Lamlong branch) to porompat which is only about 1km they took almost one week to deliver. Worst courier. Everything became worst when it reached Imphal.

Send through DTDC from Manipur to other State is so expensive. Eg. Sending parcel from Manipur to Delhi is ₹300/kg and ₹500/kg. OMG thats so expensive.

I jst bought one item from ebay, they dont call to the customer and I myself go and take the item to Airport Branch of DTDC and they told me we decide to refund the product, if the customer is not coming by tomorrow, what a courier...please make us a communication with a customers, please call us...

When my consignment was not delivered I went to the office at MG Avenue to enquire. While I pointed out that it was to be delivered by 4th Aug, 2015 the non- Manipuri guy replied who told you?. When I replied it was the booking branch in Delhi that promised delivery within a week(by that day), he told me to go and ask in Delhi!!. After checking with my Consignment No., another staff asked me to lodge a complain at the booking branch in Delhi, which I did. However, the booking branch has put the blame at the branches in Manipur, also citing frequent bandhs in Manipur to be the main reason. While others items are being delivered albeit satisfactorily or not, mine gets stuck at Kolkata because there is bandh in Manipur!!! Pathetic service, pathetic staffs!!! be it Delhi or Manipur!! Here I am still waiting for my undelivered consignment two weeks later, the status of which still shows KOLKATA APEX(AIR-SF-AC),KOLKATA!!

I dont know if the DTDC Imphal branch have any idea about the google reviews people have written about them, but this is to warn other viable customers of them of how pathetic of a service they have!! The service is pathetically slow, the contact person answering the phone is super rude like they have no sense how to talk to a customer at all. We pay for a service and they charge fees mainly to deliver products or shipments home. they fail so miserably in the basic service they provide that i am starting to wonder how come they still run a company like that and still exist. If we have to wait ages for the shipment delivery( not delivery, mostly pick up from their office!), i see no point why anyone would need to use courier service! they lack some serious business ethics. Deplorable!if you want to excuse yourself from the angst of their pathetic service, please opt for some other courier company!

DTDC is among the best courier all over the country except here..and yes sometimes package takes forever to reach here due to some blockade or other reason but even when the package have reach imphal, it takes another 3 to 4 days to get it delivered at doorstep which is totally unacceptable especially when your package is a priority one
