Most laziest courier. They take 7 day to 10day for local delivery.

Masi gee shadowfax courier se cl0s toubana farani. *tacking shows not enough information , doesntshow where has the order reached. *delivery service WORST! Items reaches imphal, calls customers once for delivery , if customer doesnt response in the 1st call items get RETURN the next day. this happens in all the orders I hav sent. customers cant call back either. YADRE YAAADREEY SHADOWFAX IS WORST. 1/10 consignment is delivered remaining returned........

This has got to be the worst courier in imphal. Even when the pakage has be irrived in imphal.. The delay they would caused is 5 days... In which i called up and the delivery is done. Imagine that call was never made? No delivery. Yes they might be busy for 1 day.. 2..day.. 3...4..day but 5 days?? Impossible.. We as a customer will never receive satisfaction with such low minded folks. #SHADOWFAXCOURIER

Worst courier survice kwakeithel imphal, uncivilized, unprofessional, the delivery person he keep rescheduling my courier for 4 times n cancelled it too I had to call the customer service,,,n he is trying to make fool to the customer n even ask for money if I want my products shameful things, if he did his job faithfully I can give him tip evn if he didnt ask for... Didnt have any sense of customer value better stop running ur courier services if u all gonna continue give servicelike this to customer..
