Worst courier service. They say it takes 7 to 8 days for an item to come from Guwahati to Imphal by road. Do they think we are nuts? Even if we come by cycle from guwahati to imphal, we will reach in 2 days. Better shut down your office if you cant work efficiently. Learn from Amazon.

I thought that couriers are hell when it comes to Imphal Manipur, be it any courier service out here!! but today I was shocked to see a smart courier guy called me to deliver a purchased item and when I opened my gate he was right there waiting for me in just two minutes! There is nothing awesome than this and such services I think will eventually change the long time bad image where courier offices used to call us/customers to collect from their counter! Waiting for my parcel from Mumbai for last 14 days. On the website it shows in transit on 17th may and on 20th may (today). Went to their office at 5:30pm and the lady at the office says it might take more than 7 days as its coming by transport from guwahati.This courier service is a total joke and the service provider in imphal is very poor.
