A delivery boy by the name Mr.Prem kumar has a serious attitude problem with him..He literally threatened me that if I dont come to the place if his choosing ,he will have to cancel my product.I told him that its a home delivery service and all my address details and landmark are clearly mention in my account details but he arrogantly persisted. It happened two times with the boy unfortunately so Ive decided better not to buy from Amazon than to get my mood spoil by such uneducated undisciplined unprofessional character.Amazon Imphal should seriously look into this matter

Pathetic service. There should be an option to give negative point. They dnt even deserve 0 star. Product reached long before delivery date but no delivery. After delivery date no delivery , started giving excuses (tomorrow, day after tomorrow.....) They dnt even allowed to pick up d product. And they return d product after giving some excuses. All this happen wen d delivery address is in the heart of the City. Pathetic totally pathetic

Not delivering on time, they didnt deliver on time even things that have been already there at their office for more than 4 days. And they lied too.

What happened to my order no phonecall neither no massage

I went to the office to collect my package...they said they dont have light vehicle for heavy package so no option we have to go to collect ourselves.
