Oh God where do I start with this company.If you are in HR PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT JOIN THIS COMPANYThere is so much pressure that they put on the employee. For one small issue also they take it to the higher level of leadership and make a big mess.I feel that the leadership is getting paid crores and lacks of rupees just to approve things..Too much of micromanagement, they treat you unworthy of making any decisions on your ownPlease dont waste your time giving your interview here.there is zero work life balance, zero respect.They will call you at the middle of the night for minute and simple stupid things.

- Second week of March 2020During the salary discussion, HR asked to submit my original passport to him so that he can release offer letter. He said it is also an assurance that I will join thier company. Educate your recruitment team to follow basic rules.

I dont why HRs will take interviews with out knowing the position budget and after completion of the all rounds HR coordinator will come and say according to our budget we can give only this much only less than the current package and more over there is one female HR who dont know the basic criteria when she sourcing the profile and wastes the Candidates time and energy.One live example is one of my friend has attended interview in this company for HR role and cleared 4 rounds and She has 2.6 of package and she excepted and decent hike on it and the HR said we can go for that and after completion of all 4 rounds according to reviews we can only offer 1.8. And she says I dont the budget for that position after taking the candidate for 4 rounds.Team please dont waste the time of the candidates and your managers, If your package has a bracket mention it in the first round of interaction itself so that it will be so easy to you for filtering the candidates and candidates can save their time.

This company dont deserve even one star also.They have vacancies for HR position ,I went for the interview. The interview have 2 rounds self introduction, Gd ,face to face,During self introduction one grl have already reference they directly permitted her for second round ,in gd also she didnt performed well but they selected her coz of reference. After face to face also they selected her only.A finance girl for hr position good very good😬😬😬.They also gave her gd topic also before gd she is reading that topic behind me in mbl.Dear value labs dont play games with unemployment people if u want to give job to your preferred person give them only dont waste our timeKindly dont attend interview to this worst company. 😡😡😡😡😡

Building is good. But far from main road. If dont have vehicle we need to struggle for auto. But best environment when it is raining. Superb view from H2 building 3 floor

One of the worst company they simply taking the interview

Generally every company hire new employees for new roles and responsibilities. But this origination they FIRE employees in the month of January or February or March for remaining people to give hike. Every employee work their best, due to management politics they FIRE and they HIRE in the month of April or coming months.. this repeats every year .Here the project managers are like more than 5 or 10 years employees. Sometimes manager are not capable for their positions, they give HIKE who does spoon feeding ...Need to change in the management level instead of employment level.. all good reviews are for positive attitude towards company....

Horrible Interview experience, while talking with the interviewer they plays pure favouritism on candidates. If this is the nasty culture prior joining imagine how sticky politics they would be playing for outsiders. Candidates are being ghosted by the company. Beware!!!

I got a call from HR for IT Recruiter role we discussed about ECTC and all other process post that she shared me the interview call letter.I cleared all the interviews and then the HR comes to me and says that i need to join this organisation with the CTC which is less what im currently making and reason is that they are MNC and ill have good growth( its a contractual job and they comment ill have good growth).Please stop fooling people and first learn to respect others time doesnt matter if its an MNC or Startup if you dont value our time its waste to call it as MNC.
