One of the worst place for customer service. The executives there have no ear to understand the concern of customer and simply gets into arguments with the customer. Third class customer service! Never recommend this store

The standards of their customer service are very poor. They completely lack the skills to deal with the customers. They don’t reflect the great ideals of the Apple company in any way possible. Disappointed by the not-so helpful staff not once but thrice.

Personnel are welcoming and offer nice help. But the store should get the products promptly after the launch. More demo pieces would be nice. Overall a good store compared to someones in Hyderabad. I wanted to buy an iPhone but that particular model was never there. The staff were not sure about its availability. In such cases order from Apple online store. Its very reliable and takes only 7 days. Dont pay ₹1000 in this store and wait for your phone. U may get screenguards and cases here. Charging bricks were not available even 3 months after the lauch. And the service center here is just horrible.

Very rude and arrogant staff visit to buy but the staff named abdul was so rude in behaviour left without buying in competitor world apple having such great named but staff they hire are not good.

When compared to city centre its a big one. Perhaps there is no max,trends shop in that .

Employees who are working there have helped him and suggested him with better ideas. Maintenance is good. Disgusting ! Had gone for some accessories for my I phone which I bought from the same store and the sales guy ( bald head guy ) bluntly told me they dont have accessories and they will take another 20 days to get them. Instead he asked me to go to a store on the 3rd floor to purchase them. I knew the guy was lying. Came out of the store and asked for the same and another sales guy confirmed that they had what I was looking for. This proves that these sales guys get some commission from the other store upstairs to divert customers... Informed the store manager over the phone. I was told his name was Pradeep. He too sounded quiet dumb. Unlike the brand Apple.... Sad state of affairs.
