One of the centers for having the authentic fish biriyani in Hyderabad. The place is adjacent to Commissioner of Fisheries building.. The ambience is just average, bcos its a canteen type. But you get good fish biriyani.Apart from fish biriyani, you will get risce with 🐠 fish curry and fish fry. Mostly catla, rohu is used for biriyani. The biriyani costs 150/- and will be over by 2:30 pm. So you have to plan early.

Feels like home made food. They have wide range of sea food available. The Biryani is really yummy so is fish fry.Parking is outside on the road.Prices are reasonable too.

I am from bangalore, I came to know that Sea food canteens run by Government Fisheries department exist in hyderabad too and i soon made a visit to this place, seating and ambience is not hi fi afterall it is a govt canteen,Menu is small, only 5 items.Fish fry is the best, Biriyani is good and Rice with fish curry is ok.The best ever food i had in hyderabad, Food is not too spicy and at the same time not too bland,Perfect.would visit again and agian.

Ignore d ambience, food is great. Go between 12 30 to 1 pm and experience hot and consistent fish curry and fry. Value for money. I would suggest the fisheries department sets up more like these with little more cleanliness. They follow government holidays.

The food here is so good and tasty. They provide:Fish Curry and White RiceFish Fries (2 pieces) - Rs 70Fish Biryani - Rs 130Fish CurryWe can eat food in the canteen itself or take parcels. The place is small to eat there itself, so its better to take parcels. The place where food is cooked looks clean.Canteen timings is from 1pm to 3pm from Monday to Saturday. It is closed on Sundays. Better to reach this place early by 12.45pm as there is a lot of rush. Must try Fish food in Hyderabad with reasonable prices.

Fish rates are displaced on the wall. How ever you will find most of the fish frozen. Live fish is almost nil. They charge extra for cleaning. I feel that this cleaning charges are not as per government rates.

Quality they maintain is awesome.Remember this is not posh hotel with 3* ambience. Crowded place, with very simple ambience.You will definitely feel like a home made fish curry and fry. This definitely deserves a 5STAR rating.Compared to many posh hotels at high prices this one 100 times better from food point of view.

Timings are 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm , as it runs only for 2 hours there will be little crowdy add u have to wait half an hour mostly to get it food.... But should give must try this lovely fish fry and curry, even they are very affordable, fish fry for 70 rs and fish curry with rice for 80 rs...
