Location is changed. No maintenance, no proper response. Worst place to get a car. I was already late and they started checking the car after I reached. He started doing car wash in front of me. They tried almost 3-4 cars and I was frustrated and cancelled my booking. Worst worst experience.Even to cancel, they took like 2 hrs after lot of conversation.

There is no zoom car self drive cars in this location.So dont come here and dont waste time.I think it is shiftedBefore you go look this photos of this location.

Still they provide you dirty car without washing and all.

Pathetic experience with zoom car its been one and half month in dint get refund for my two bookings no one is even responding to the calls , mesages emails. Very poor customer service I would never ever prefer zoom car again 🙏 and iam expecting a call back on immediate basis and need my refund for those two bookings otherwise I have to take an action .

Cars are not clean, although they clean when you ask them to. Just hygiene problem, others are ok.

U have to see other districts branch ... And try to c how they are Running that branch , vehicles here is not maintained in good way... Also applying unwanted charges. I was in pune and I used to take car from there... and after my transfer to hyderabad with expectations i tried to check from here but I was fully disappointed..... U have to improve more.

We had worst experience. We booked a car and we were not give the car number and not even car has booked in our name but they have charged us after cancelation. Again we booked another car and while returning it they charged us 4000₹ by showing some scratch on car as we are not reason for that. I would like to suggest everyone that dont prefer zoom car at any cost and dont loose your money as they are making fraud and taking money in terms of security deposit and saying stupid reasons.Please Please dont opt for zoom car. Zoom car is fraud and they dont even care for customer satisfaction.Dear zoom car, Customer satisfaction is more important to improve your business. If you refund my money then we may consider next time.

This is good app for those who are looking for a car to go on a drive.gives nice deals and discounts and specially this place gives u neat and clean car as compared to other locations..but always make sure before taking your car make sure u take the video of car for any dents or scratches.and take a pic of odo meter.. always as a mandatory action..Happy zooming

Dont book car from Zoom car.....it never refunds the expenses which we have incurred during our journey by zoom car like any minor repairs and even airport parking charges after paying Rs.500 extra for pickup....I will not prefer...Zoomcar takes their charges in time but never refunds our hard earned money.....

No proper response from the teamI had been allotted a car when I booked in the app.But when I reached this place that car was in breakdown condition since 2 days.Then I had called customer care after waiting for 85 minutes they had given a bad condition car of another model.

This app may provide you cheaper cars than any other website but the cheap comes with lots of secrets. A friend of mine recently used it. And i have been using this app for a few months as well. You can always feel that the car rarely gets serviced and when it gets broken down. You have to pay a large sum just to realise that zoomcar is gonna ask you to pay a lot more again because it was you who was the culprit. Not zoom car who clearly didnt get their car serviced. It was a smooth process. But I was charged Rs.50 extra at the end, but I have no regrets. The car was in a great condition, interiors was clean and hygienic.

This is one of the best location to pick a zoom car because they clean the car after every drops and youll get a fresh and clean car...nice place but always pictures of odometer compulsory

Very bad customer service at the pick up site. They are very rude, not even ready to listen what customer says. Their call centre number is not connecting even when they try themselves but anyhow these guys want us to clear the dues. Not ready to clearify nor caring for anything. They are just adamant to pay without even letting us to clarify with them... Worst customer service...

One of the worst customer services in fact employees over there insisted (i can say ‘begging’) me not complaint to the company about the dirty car they gave me and they washed the car infront of me made me wait when i reached location to pick the car they started the cleaning the exterior not inetrior(made vaccum on my own inside after picking up)Also There’s is a glitch in the app when you select particular location and choose the cars it will show you the other location cars also, i infact made reservation for another location and later realized i made wrong reservation and tried to cancel it but they charged me Rs.2000 for it, i called customer support but none of them are responsive.

Here you can hire a car to zoom around and is very good facility for the driving enthusiasts.

Non cooperative people,will try to charge you ad high fee as possible,the cars are also not in good condition,the one we booked didnt even have a side mirror and the music system was out of service causing us a lot of delay,even when you drop your car ,youll have to call the person to come and collect it,delaying your time more.

The guys who manages this facility refrained me from marking the damages on the car when I took the delivery. In the app no damage was documented, but the car had taken a lot of beating all over. They insisted not to enter those information in the app while taking delivery. Both the interior and exteriors were extremely dirty when took the delivery. I pointed it out during the delivery but still the guy asked for cleaning charges while returning the vehicle.

Place of the location is not easily identifiable on map. Both this place and the rental cars not well maintained. So many creta suvs available.

Third class service and worst policies. Car pickup location was shifted 10km away. I had to travel 10 km to get the car. No cancellation allowed. Never using zoomcar again.

Many bad experiences from this location. Charges you 350 but will not pick you up. Counts KMS from and to airport as well but you are forced to go to zoomcar location to start the trip. Car is never clean for some reason.

But staffs are not very friendly or polite.the do their job thats all.my car was delivered 45 minutes late .I had to wait in the airport .calling the customer service number is a tedious process .if they give the vehicle with full tank we can return it in full .but they gave with 60%fuel and while returning my cars fuel level was down to 50 just 5 km from the yard..they charged 280 additional for that .late returns may cost you ,but late delivery by them.... No questions
