Very great institute in India providing training and making improvements where ever necessary in the field of RD. A think tank under GoI, I pursued the course of PGDRDM in NIRD, the course design was very good but only the administration that too some people only are not up to the mark. In NIRD there are different centres for different fields like wage employment, gender studies, agrarian studies, development studies etc. The best thing is RTP rural technological park which promotes the mini industries that be setup in villages and they will provide training for women also and there is a center for rural infrastructure where low cost buildings models are there constructed which will set as an example for those who want to construct in their native places.
