Great experience. I am one of the first customers to purchase a Jawa in Hyderabad. Even after 2 years, their executives pay attention to customer needs and resolve issues. My bike being from the first batch of production started to act weird a few days ago. After a couple of days of getting it back from service the issue was not resolved. The technician SHAM personally came down to my place, troubleshot the issue and fixed it. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He understood the problem right away and fixed it bang on the buck. To be frank I got very good help from Mr Bharath and Lakshmi mam and moreover welcoming and explanation wise they were excellent and helped me in and out of vehicle Jawa 42 2.1 version Matt black , impressive way of gesture. If we talk about paperwork and remaining stuff that was smoothly done , no long waiting process .
The staff at service center are very courteous and understanding. They helped me get my bike fixed in the timeline I wanted and were very generous with me. I was very much pleased the way Mr. Bharath explained me the details. Just because of his kind nature I ventured to purchase the Jawa forty two Matte Black bike and accordingly purchased it on 22nd August, 2021. The Showroom people collected from me an amount of Rs. 23,060/- towards Life Tax and Registration Charges and Rs. 1950/- towards PDI & RSA.Till date the showroom people had not followed up with their RTA Agent for getting the permanent registration done for my vehicle nor their RTA Agent calls and confirms for booking online slot. Since I was running short of time, I had to book the registration online slot on my own on 17th September, 2021 and reserved the slot on monday i.e., 20th September, 2021 and when asked to return the original documents, the showroom staff does not respond properly. The RTA Agent also gives evasive responses saying he received the file lately and that he was not in town.Further, the registration charges paid by the showroom people is 17630/- and I assume that the additional amount collected is towards the agent commission for getting permanent registration done. The 30 days period got over by 20.09.2021 and neither the RTA Agent nor the showroom staff has any sense of responsibility to contact me and get the slot booked and get my vehicle registered. Only when I insist for refund of the excess amounts collected under the name of Life Tax and Registration charges, PDI and Road Side Assistance, the staff cleverly generates the Road Side Assistance Policy today i.e., on 18.09.2021, which policy commences from 20.09.2021 and mails me the document immediately. Such a cheap trick being played by the staff to save their skin.The staff does not show any interest in handing over the originals and also for return of the additional amounts collected from me. Further, they instruct me to visit the place of RTA agent and collect the papers from him. Such reckless and careless attitude of the staff.Worst experience and worst service given by the showroom.

Excellent service.You can also Test Drive Jawa 42 for which you have to fill in an form and give your Driving license.As of now there are only 2 bikes.1. Jawa2. Jawa 42which comes in 2 variants - STD and ABS.

Worst Experience with the Management, until sales they will speak with you in a soft manner and they will say everything is included in the price, i have paid 240000 net amount for Jawa classic, and after delivery when you reach them for Number Plate, again they will charge extra on that, when you question them, they will behave rude.....worst experience no support from Management.

I have booked a new jawa 2.1 and cancelled my booking on March 24 th and they promised refund within 20-25 working days but its been 40 working days and still I didnt receive my money.I Called showroom several times and they told me that refund was approved (a week ago i.e.,before lockdown was announced) and will credit my money the consecutive day.today they are telling that its due to lockdown they cant refund money and will be processed only after showroom gets opened.Worst service when it comes to cancellation and refund

This was the 1st time I gave my jawa classic bike for servicing at Banjara hills center. I told them very clearly when I just kept my foot on the break pandel. Very annoying sound is coming I dont know the reason behind of it.Even after servicing still the sound remains the same. I just wanted to inform the same to that guy but he is not responding on call once he received the call and I told the sound is still coming than he didnt said anything to me. After that he kept his mobile in flight mode this is the way you guy will serve your customer ??Note: Again from 20 Km far away I have to come to you showroom why it is happening I dont like this all. Why you guys wont make it possible in one go to give the best service why customer has to visit twice to your branch for small things. Dont just concentrate on sale and Serve the customers in the right way
