The customer service was good. I got the replacement just as I wished. The location of the service isnt that great but Google maps is enough to get you there . Just make sure u check for the flux boards. If you are going for replacement they might ask you to wait for 1-7 days and come back to get the replaced item. If the item is available they willl give you instantly.

I got a damaged product of my realme airpods they took and gave me another clr lo the damaged piece its better not to choose any realme products rather than making the service center as picnic spot to visit evryday its better u save ur money

Staff are courteous. Service is pretty fast. Parking a 4 wheeler is difficult near this place. 2 wheeler is easy to park nearby.

We have submitted RealMe phone complaining Front Camera and Display issue once in a while. Despite warranty period the Service Provider claimed it has dents hence this will not be covered under warranty hence pay 5500/- to get this fixed. We refused and asked him to rollback.When we received back the phone the display wasnt working. I can vividly say Display was working fine when submittedexcept once in a while it use to get hung. But Service Providerblatantly said You only said display wasnt working while submitting phone. Beware of their tricks. You cannot trust Authorised Service Centre as well. The best service center and the best price compared to all other Realme Authorized service centers.I visited here to get my Realme2 mobile screen + touch replacement, the charge(rs 2600) was half of the price that the other service centers are charging. I would strongly suggest people to call and compare the prices before visiting any Realme Auth Service centers. Ive purchased realme 2 pro i met with screen disability problem before one year i went realme service center in mehdipatnam the experience was over all excellent theve replaced my screen display , the display was orginal and good quality , highly recommended for other brand phone issues also .....!!!!!
