It is in a secure location. The care, attendance, behaviour of staff is excellent at every step. The location of the diagnostic centre is safe and good. It starts with a phone call to either the Centre or their ever helpful Sales team who confirm & ensure the appointment while guiding how the patient has to come prepared for the lab test. This ensures reduction of time spent at the Centre which favours patients.Once at the Centre its a smiling Welcome from the Front office staff. They guide us to fill a simple form to understand the diagnostics to be conducted.A coordinator then guides the patient & attendant through the various tests.At the end the patient gets to know how & when he or she receives the reports.At Vista, one can be sure about the authenticity of the test results.Clean environment & easy sail through makes it my destination for any diagnostic test for me, my family & friends.I very strongly recommend the Centre for reliability of reports. Right diagnosis is half cure.I wish everyone a healthy life.

With all my fears about a big magnetic machine and the sound it makes, i went in to Vista Imaging to get an MRI done... The way the employees took care of me, with at most attention right from the lab technicians to the Chief Radiologist himself, I never felt the need to get scared. Their comforting abilities and deep knowledge and skills makes the process very smooth and calm. Great infrastructure and smiling doctors and nurses at Vista Imaging gives a lot of boost to ones confidence!!

I regularly get my investigations at Vista. They are very reliable. The ambience is friendly and homely. Lot of friends told me that they are a little expensive...but let me assure you it is worth the little extra expense as it is very neat, professional and punctual in delivering reports .They now deliver reports online for Imaging investigations too which is very welcoming.

I have been to a few diagnostic centres for blood tests but have never seen such friendly and experienced nurses like that of the Vista Imaging Centre. The centre is very well maintained and sanitised . The administration process is also very smooth and the overall atmosphere is patient friendly with qualified professionals.

It was really a disgusting experience.We have taken an appointment for and My 2 year old was sedated he was sleeping from 2 pm to 4 pm and when he was sleeping they allowed someother VIP for MRI...when we questioned the same they were in turn putting the blame on us that we should have brought him in the morning only. My child woke up by that time and he couldnt get the test done...very rude...They doesnt have any humanity..I request the staff to not give importance to VIPs rather get consider depending on the case! we really shocked when one of the staff directly said he was a VIP so we sent him!!!!

Anitha is a receptionist and behaving like a MBBS FRCS. They dont follow any doctor prescription but behave on their own.i dont recommend...

Vista Imaging and Medical Centre is really very nice with all kind of latest equipment to do testing. Doctors are very nice and good in behavior and attitude. They are really loyal to tell you the fact about your disease and pros and cons. Best part of the centre is cleanliness.

Excellent support and class infra. Very cordial staff. Had a Cardiac CT Angio. Did my research before going it is a 500 slice imaging machine and very safe. I wanted to ask for a discount but did not as I saw the centre it is worth the spend for its ambience and capability. I understood that Service comes with a cost and in Vista its worth every rupee. Keep it up Vista. I shall recomend you in my circles.

I went there with my mom, the ambience is very good. It was an emergency MRI and they took care of us and on priorotiy . And the place is cool and calm with proper cleanliness. I had done all my tests with in 45 min. Good team.

I went on Sunday and the male reception staff is rude and pathetic.He doesnt even know how to speak to customer.He charges whatever he wishes.Dont go here just money mending no human values.I asked the female staff that I have to get Covid related test,the man charged me for chest xray and I wanted tat to be changed to CT Chest , which he told is not possible,are you serious, you cant change and update in ur system.

We went there for cardiacMRI. The receptionist or some worker came to me and said that thier doctor was suggesting to go for CTcardiac. I wanted to talk to him about that because Im a medical student and in which ways he is recommending a CT . Apparently he was A SENIOR RADIOLOGIST and didnt allow us to talk to him. Thier staff are praising him very much that his report is the best of all and he has meaning for everything he does and asked us to contact our cardiologist about CT. When he is recommending some other test instead of something he should explain why. We cant trust him like anything(as thier staff treating him like god) and what if they asked us to do MRI again. We had to research and ask our cardiologist again and after wasting our time by 1 to 2 hrs we found that CT cardiac is better to know spatial configuration of heart and MRI to get better idea about volumes. This could be explained by him in 2 min. We went for CT. The report was good. But mentioned severe pulmonary hypertension which is uncommon with a small ASD hole and pressures were mild in previous reports . Severe Pul. HTN is dangerous and he didnt even mention value. They didnt allow us to talk even then. We had to go for cardiac catheterization to know about the pressures and found out them to be mild. Infact pressures and volumes would be better known in MRI. I regret my decision going there.

Sub par experience and terrible customer service. Got an X-ray done on the 29th of October, which the technician took 3 times citing that the x-ray wasnt coming out clear. when we received the film and showed it to a doctor he suggested they be done again as they were extremely unclear. on contacting VISTA they said that well have to pay again to get another x-ray and that they could not guarantee a better outcome. They even insisted that there was nothing wrong with the X-ray. If the x-ray was clear why did the technician have to take it 3 times in the first try even though the patient was extremely still? Ended up getting the x-ray elsewhere and it turned out to be much clearer and cheaper.please train your technicians to do their jobs better, make sure your equipment is running optimally and work on your customer service etiquette.

I did CT Angio. I wanted to clarify sentence written on report, and staff does not allow me to talk to Radiologist. I have to give so many different diagnostic center example where along with report, they offer consultation. Than after 15 minutes argument, they take me to one Junior Radiologist. The Radiologist who signed my report is so BIG that their staff does NOT allow patient to talk to him. I paid 12,000 and i get CT report which I can not clarify and get explanation. Although my wife is Doctor and we just needed few clarifications and their staff did not let us meet the BIG SENIOR Radiologist. They write on their website and on display sign boards, 500 Slice CT Scanner but I try to check GE Healthcare website to find out but I did NOT find in my search anywhere GE Healthcare mentioning that their Evolution Evo is 500 Slice CT Scanner. GE write it is 128 Slice. This is very miss-leading statement. Wipro, who is India agent of GE Healthcare, is propagating this statement as 500 Slice Equivalent ... Be careful with their wording. Other hospitals offering real 320 Slice CT Scanner which might be better solution in some cases. I wish, i should have done this research before visiting Vista .

It has been a worst experience , especially the radiologist Dr. Kameshwari Nori , we got the tifa scan done and she dint mention one of the most important thing in the report and had to re visit the place, and at the time of the scan she did not ever care to say if everything is normal or not even after asking. Very rude behavior.

Latest MRI scan machine seen in Vista. If you have to visit here better take prior appointment one or two days before to avoid waiting for hours. Prices are high they have to maintain reasonable prices so that everyone afford.

Came here for MRI and the pateint was not provided any assistance and headphones or any other means to cover the high sound of MRI machine which caused a lot of stress and inconvenience to the attendant and the patient. The management is charging and earning a lot but should be considerate towards the customer and mostly the patient.

I have been there for an MRI scan, I was very happy with the way they organised the appointment and I liked the professionalism of the staff. My doctor recommended me this centre as this is one of the well known diagnostic centre known for its accuracy in imaging and diagnostic service.

PLEASE DONT VISIT THIS CENTER. Nurses here dont know how to place cannula. Came today for my wifes CT Angio and in 5 th Attempt with the help of doctor nurse was able to put cannula but by that time nurse already pricked 4 times unnecessarily which led to the swelling on patients hand. Patient is in deep pain now.31/Aug/ 2019 - response to owner message :Dear Mr. Owner,I have read your earlier responses to others feedback and I can see you are just getting defensive by covering your mistakes. Be honest and accept your mistake if it is there.We have been to other hospitals and never faced this trauma, their nurse was able to put cannula after finding vein but your experienced nurse couldnt.Please dont blame patient by saying impatient, if your hand get pricked 4 times unnecessarily then you will realize. I am not medical professional but my relatives and friends are and they are saying you have done bad job.Hope you get out of this fake illusion soon.This is my first ever review on this platformbecause it pained so much.

Worst staff, every one have their own problems. Theyll not look at customers and listen to them. here the staff is always talking about their personal problems in front of patients. The way they process the MRI scan is not healthy. Adding to this no parking space for two wheeler. I suggest kindly visit with lots of patience and carry earphone avoid nonsense talks.

The prices are VERY HIGH. They dont deserve even 1*. If you are referred by a doctor and you dont have an idea of the charges in Banjara hills, they would at least charge DOUBLE or TRIPLE that of well known diagnosis centers such as Vijaya Diagnosis and Lucid. I went there for FNAC test - they asked for rupees 8,500/-, thought of taking a second option, checked in Lucid and Vijaya Diagnosis, the same test is only for less than rupees 3,000/-, in the same area - Banjara hills. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME GOING THERE!!!

Please dont visit this clinic if you have another option. Doctors would recommend it for some particular 3D ultrasounds, I have never seen any staff/doctors being as inconsiderate and hostile as the ones employed by this particular establishment.They mess up your Appointments, and then 2hours later after scheduled appointments, they send the doctor away to other clinic for some procedure only to keep you waiting for doctor. They are hugely understaffed, unreliable and ill-equipped to serve you.

My doctor recommended Vista Imaging Medical Center for certain tests including CT Coronary Angiogram few days back . But, before approaching this center, I asked my doctor why Vista Imaging , when known centers like Vijaya and Lucid? He said that Vista Centre is having latest high end machines and they give clear films and authentic reports. Then ,I got the enthusiasm to visit their website. I am surprised to know that they are having a 500 slice CT Machine, which will reduce my exposure to radiation by 50 percent less compared to other existing CT machines in Hyderabad including corporate. i visted the Centre and was extremely get my tests done here . The movement I entered this Center, half of my illness has gone, because of the hygiene and neatness of the center and the courteous administration staff . Their technicians approach towards patients like me . I will definitely recommend Vista Imaging Medical Center to all my needy friends and relatives . Padmanabha Rao M

Dont go to take any service in vista Imaging. They dont have any good management. Only they hungry to take money. Please be careful before paying. Ask everything . Oterwise they dont returned any money if any thing hapen. After pay they will forget that you are a human.Then they should do anything... Bcoz you paid. And they will tell you we cant refund once you paid. This is there so called policy. But they dont inform you before your paying. the floor manager named Narayana is a un educated ,illiterate and nonsense person. His designation is floor manager..but he dont has any management skills. I think his roles should be a peon.. not a floor manager at all.

Worst service ever seen in my life, I will never recommend to anyone better visit any small diagnostic center..Entire staff behave like illiterates and behave Rudely with patients.The way they behave is unacceptable....I have asked for soft copy of my CT scan report, first they said they dont give soft copies I asked them to atleat l mail then they said they give on additional charges apart from which I have paid for the CT Scan. Then I told them why didnt they informed us before billing, they said its there policy.....When I asked there floor manager Narayana and CEO of Vista Imaging talked to us so rudely that now even If u pay We are not going to give any Reports u do whatever you want we will not give any Reports nor we will refund you the amount. They even asked secrurity guards to throw us out of there center, then I called Banjara Hills police station and filled complaint on them, when police came then they gave us my reports and CD within minutes....which they were telling they dont have policy to give....For getting our own reports which we have paid money, these illiterate, inhuman people were not giving specially Narayana who is so called manager in Vista imaging he dont even know how to talk to a lady that too patient and he is working in medical industry.....I will never recommend this diagnostic center to anyone as they should not suffer like us and we need to take help of Police to get our reports.....So disgusting behavior...

This is best place in CT scan and MRI scan with good quality and reception staff also good responce but when we need CDs its cost for high i am always choose vista
