Not a good experience in dammaiguda branch..instead helping in parking security will be busy in attending patients inside and directing them...blood sample women behaves so rudely as if she is doing for free .. Even in the reception they take much time for some clients which is not necessary...every time I get message of reports only fasting not post lunch... As vijaya diagnostic is reputed so I will be visiting...or else I dnt hv any other reason to visit this dammaiguda branch

At the outset,I congratulate the staff at Vijaya Diagnostic centre at Dammaiguda.Mine & my husband do normally visit the centre for our testings ..The counter staff are highly co operative & extend courteous services.Their services indicates the Commitment ,Dedication &Sincerity .Also they advise us the facilities which are available at their other centres & connect the people....Very prompt service....👌👌I PERSONALLY WISHING THE STAFF ALL THE BEST💐💐💐

We went on a weekday and it was not busy at all. They did a great job and we did not have to spend too much time waiting.

I just called and asked the cost of two tests they said these tests are only done in Himayat nagar . Again I asked for cost they cut the call.Dammaiguda brach (nagaram)

Though its a reputed lab with a chain of Centers, one irritating thing is the branches phones are not answered many times if we need to enquiry on any tests. During this Pandemic, that would help us as we dnt prefer to walkin to lab for just an enquiry. This low rating is only for the on call response of branch staff, otherwise its one of the best in Its investigations/services.

The way they treat people, honestly very kind and humble. Coming to the hospitality and amenities are very good and they met high standards in communicating with people. The staff at front door in the reception area received with very good Ambience & Respect. The at most important thing if we talk about the collection of blood samples or urine samples from one patient to another patient, the procedure and hygiene they maintained in very high standards for the patient’s safety concerns. And reports are out soon too without any delay.

Staff at centre were coirtious and professional.Need to improve on home collection. A person is outsourced and he asks for an exorbitant service charge. Need to improve on this

Kindly update the home sample collection areas, last time when I booked online for sample collection, your response was very very poor Even upon calling customer care. My residence is within 5km from AS Rao Nagar center and Dammaiguda center. Sample collection was available from Saket colony but not from G R Reddy Nagar which is before Saket.
