Today visited bank open new salary account, They don’t have any idea how salary account deals. I have provided all details from other branch still they can’t support on the same. Simply they want to charge for debit cards and to open the account.Other branches are ready to give welcome KIT without any charges.not able to cancel DD with passbook, Account holds in same branch.Still they cannot cancel as they required Aadhar physical card. I am not sure what is use of bank passbook.If we show Aadhar card in mobile/My Aadhar card is not valid.Very bad response and they are not ready to help women even though they are claiming as women branch.
If possible I will give 0 star for not answerable staff the manager is very iresponsible person ...worst experience
