This branch is only for rich people, they refused to open a new account under Jhan Dhan Yojna scheme, asked to go other branch, no empathy to customers. Frustrated staff, not service oriented.

Banking here is really good. They guide anyone interested to open the bank account.They have good customer care.ATMs are there 24/7.Loans are also provided.However, it is a bit difficult for some people to qualify for certain loans based on the bank norms.No, wheelchair accessibility.No, drinking water.No, social distancing.Overall, good but needs to improve.Stay safe, stay sound!Thanks.
What a kind of branch is this? Website shows bank operates up to 5pm. When I visit bank it shows 9.30am to 3.00pm only. No contact number to confirm the bank operating times. Writing this post to make sure relevant team to update the timings regularly.

Worst Service. I have been visiting them from past 6 months for my KYC updation. Everytime they give some reason and postpone. Now my account is freezed, still no response from them.

Worst Service. I have been visiting each week to the branch to know the status of my application to close the current account. Its now 45 days and I just came to know that my savings account manager hasn’t even submitted all the required documents to close current account to concerned authorities. I inform the branch manager, he instructed one guy to close the account immediately and I gave him a request letter with company seal and signature on the same day itself. Even that happened 7 days. The funny thing that I witnessed when I was in touch with bank staff he was only concerned which is a person promotion on credit cards and loans. Still my account has not been closed.
I visited bank today 28th May 2019 at 2pm. I was happy with the service of loan centre here. This guy is an asset for this branch. He has bundles of patience and knowledge.
The worst service ever got from Lenskart.Got 3 sets of specs and went for a small correction to one of my sets and they Responded so arrogantly and sarcastically with me and my dad. They also laughed and spoke behind us in Urdu(can’t speak but, still can understand). I decided just then not to ever get to lenskart store. Seriously, they are just good until you buy their product and never listens when you are there for corrections for the product.

Employees roam here n there n they will not resolve the issue if the issue takes time they say wait for five mins will approach you sir.. After u approach again they will not answer you..public sector banks are much better compared to this bank...

Service has been declined to worst over the period of time. 5 ATMs and 2 CDMs, but none of them working. Happened three times in recent days. When asked staff for help, they replied to use another banks ATM. If not improved, well have to look for alternative banks for our accounts and cards.
