Too much of Managers politics. If you are not a Favourite you cannot survive and grow. Third class Managers, the hardly talk English. Not an Equal opportunity company. Too much overtime and they usually dont pay for overtime.

Firstly, quite a big location with fine architecture, highly professional interviewer and other staff.Next, highly crowded with interviewees in the interviewing block but the staff makes sure that everyone is seated on the chairs as there are ample of chairs.All interview rounds are conducted in a same particular day, which is a good practice but forces interviewees to stay whole day till late evening.Lastly, have no facility of the canteen for the interviewees.

Overall Genpact is a good company but only for band 4 employees like Team leads and managers the band 5 employees like who have experience of 1-3 years are considered as slaves in the company with very less monthly payout and all the benefits are given only to the band 4 like fat bonus,parties etc.every year and regular promotions for them. I was a employee there for around 3 years. For band 4 it is like a govt. job for them without pension. Nobody asks band 4 employee about the daily time but for band 5 we need to maintain time.

If there would be negative rating i surely give that. One of the wrost experience everytime. First time there took 2 hours to conduct first round of interview n the HR was great they only select who has been referred by higher authorities where as there was 15 members in a room and got selected 2 who had reference that too there cant even speak English properly.I will raise this on other social media platforms. this company plays politics at the selection process so think for a second what happened when we get job.Thank god I got rejected.

Good construction and getting inside is not that easy. For interview, one must consult with the security at gate number 1. Never ever forget to carry a copy of Pan card or any ID proof. If your attending a interview, be prepared as you may be kept waiting for Min 8 Hours to complete all your interview rounds.

Working in an environment where I havent feel any pressure on my job, got a lot of negative feedback but found it easy when you will realise How to achieve your targets, became Team Lead within 1.5 years. If you are attending interview with a expectation of higher salary then its waste of time they dont provide salary they provide pocket money, and the recruitment team never answer properly they just say please be seated we will call you and atlast around 8.00 PM they will tell the results. And the main thing then will not even allow you to enter their cafeteria you must survive by eating puff, chips or biscuit and the main thing which hated was when you exit the mail hall you must wait for the security to come which may take 20 to 30 mins because we are not allowed to go outside individually at last a Good company for learning but not good for earning.
