I am one of the oldest customer to this branch from 2016 the day of my vehicle purchase. All the services as of the day will be done here only. Finally I shocked the way of they doing business... 1- In this service center they have no power supply from many months because of polluting ground/drinage water municipal department has disconnected the supply, the doing vehicle service in near by service centers.2 - worst thing is they always keen to replace parts rather than repair, recently due to some brake sound they charged me Rs850 bill for cleaning all the brakes, but the sound is still present after the service, the next day I take my vehicle and I asked to open all the brake in front of me I found brake drum with full of dust (even they did not open it and charged me 850rs)3 - Many times what ever complaint we mentioned while giving to service the same is not communicated to mechanic.4 - In my first wheel alignment at 5000km they make the steering out, and still today they are unable to make it correct..5 - AutoCard provided by them will not accept here. If you want to enter points in AutoCard than big follow up is required ( to activate my card it take 6 months).6 - Recently they replaced my brake shoes for some other reasons which is not related to brake shoes. I have seen the removed parts it can be used easily for more than a year.7 - service supervisor will be only interested in billing part.I finally concluded not to go this service center again even though it is near to my office.

Only focussing to commit or colloct payment for unwanted service, service supervisor not taking coupon service which provided by varun motors... Very bad experience...

I never seen this type of car servicing anywhere ..!worst cleaning . they were not doing anything regarding this sanitation simple they are charging the amount for sanitising they were not giving the clean vehicle also to the customer. Good place but no use ur giving the car for this particular service centre Jubilee Hills . I have done my new car servicing here but Iam unsatisfied person . I hope u should not in my place . There should be difference after before servicing ur car ...! please friends kindly check and visit a good one

Gave my car for second service, car was not done well. They returned the car with a big scratch on the windshield and after heated discussion they replaced the windshield, now the wiper doesnt work well. Gavecar on saturday and it was returned on Wednesday late evening. Now I need to get the registration sticker from RTO and fastag sticker during times like this.Now I have to get the registration sticker and fastagN

Customer service is good. Services provided by service centre are good.

Their charges are higher and late response from the staff. The response will be different based on the person.

Worst servicing, delivered the car without water wash

Very bad service. Careless staff. They are only good at making high bills. Maruti service off late have become pathetic. The only option is to not buy a maruti again.Everytime the car goes for a service or repair something or the other is broken due to the careless staff. The treatment is below average but first class when you go to pay the bill.

The service level here is very good. Especially because there are not as many cars in a day as the other centers. My car was well attended and all problems solved. The service advisors gave good attention and everyone seemed to have a good attitude.Maruti should get more opened so that experience will remain positive and not feel rushed.

I had a very good experience with this service center, I went here for a regular service and with some issues like tuk tuk sounds in front wheels suspension with which I am suffering from last one year of my swift dzire and they have cleared all the issues with very kind response.I Thank the technicians Younus, Khasim and the tester.If youre in need try to plan your visit in the morning session 9 to 10Am for a better response from the team.

Got here our car Ciaz TS07FC0705 for repair and they gave it back with a dent due to inefficient staff. The staff was trying to fix the issue without proper training and skill.

I had received a bad experiences with my vehicle. As the customer reaches they never take care but not of us also for vehicle such a shameless service center.

Engine Light in Suzuki Baleno this service center is not capable of handling this issue the car is driven only 18,000 km. This problem has been repeatedly reoccuring since the car was driven 700 km and they are still not able to resolve the issue.I
