I would like to take that mutton and use it as my car Tyre ( its a good quality rubber). It was so freaking hard, almost impossible to eat.Complimentary drinks: there was some drink served as complimentary. I dont understand why do this to customers instead of telling sorry we are cheap. Yet another buffet offering for the residents of Kothapet but with a more extensive variety and options. House of Barbecue brings a wide array of on the table grill options paired with numerous live counters including Chaats, South Indian, Salads and a lot more. The menu keeps changing but the place keeps a static number of offerings for both veg and non veg, where you surely wouldnt go unsatisfied. For my lunch at this place recently, these were a few dishes that I absolutely loved1. Louisiana Potato - Crispy small potatoes tossed in a paprika based seasoning and some mayo. Delicious option for the vegetarians.2. Dahi ke Kebab - Delicious, creamy appetizer wrapped with bread and fried to golden perfection.3. Spiced Herb Fish - Succulent fillets of fish tossed in a garlic herb marinade.4. American BBQ Prawns - Juicy prawns tossed in a sweet and spicy marinade and grilled to perfection.

We (2 people) went for a lunch buffet here costed 799/- per person..1. Service is pathetic , greeted only at the entrance after that no one comes to your table you need to call them every time for repeting or ordering..2.started are not at all good.. People go to BBQ restaurant mainly for starters but here they are worst here. Half cooked fish, chicken and prawns no taste in them looks like cold stored from many days.. panner and others veg starters are not at all provided upon asking for multiple times brought 1 panner piece that is also not at all good .3. Mutton kebab brought only once upon askingfor 2nd time told its over time was not even 3 pm.4.Main course only mutton curry was good except that Every other curry in nonveg has no taste..fish undercooked chicken has no taste..5. Veg maincouse was somewhat better6.Ordered omlet from live counter the chef forgot to add salt in it..another disappointment7. Not changing my review as I have not visited/seen improvement, But I would add One more start & make it 4* just because you are hearing to the reviews, Hope things are better on my next visit.Non veg Food is ok but service is pathetic.They doesnt seem to be interested in correcting the issue as they are only thanking the positive feedback.. looks they are ignoring the issues raised, knowing the issue will always help in correcting the same and improve things which serves the interest for the restaurant.They can copy the dining menu from any one, service is some thing that cannot be copied, they need to be cultured..The staff is friendly but what is the point when they dont do actual service.. the food serving is very slow. Have noticed that they server food so scarcely that we will feel ashamed and ask them to stop/skip..Deserts=DisasterRunning counter is joke, they dont server what u ask always mixup and when served taste like some thing else..Place is clean and well maintained Good ambience.A major issue I have noticed is that even some people having buffet need training along with staff.. On my more than one visits I have noted that there will be some group/ine who pounce on deserts and start eating out there directly from counter/place and used their hands, pick lick and pick repeat. This is very unhygienic and all this is observed by the waiter and supervisor staff but they dont bother to handle or correct situation...Lastly veggies can avoid the torcher the options are limited and not good at all.

Based on my experience I would give a 2.5 rating . My experience here was not that good as they take too much time to serve and the buffet in which some dishes I tried are cold and I asked for pizza and they took forever and after asking 3 to 4 times they at last served and I didnt find its taste that good its not that good but the chicken dishes are awesome I liked the chicken wings and I think 799 is too much for this and an extra 50Rs for a 20rs kinley water bottle which is more than double and the ambiance is good and I hope I will have a different experience next time.

Best place around LB nagar to have barbeque food. Staff r really polite, Anshumala and Anupriya, both served really good. Starters are very tasty..!! Desserts, a special mention ❤️ One thing is that live counter has to be improved.. Especially Anshumala, who took care of us really awesome. 👍 Continue the same for more visits.

Very poor service. They dont serve unless you call them and ask around ten times about the food. Even while serving they take a very long time to serve the next item or bring in bbq. Unless you ask them, they keep serving only crispy corn and potatoes i dont know why. The Food and drinks taste very average.few of the bbq items were a little uncooked as well.The only items i liked were mutton balls, crispy corn and ragda chaat. They give a wide variety of desserts but they arent delicious. The sweets like shaahi tukda, kaala jamun or jalebi are too sweet. The cupcake is too hard, and almost tastes lije orange flavored cream biscuit. Only one or two of them taste good. Ambience is fine. Overall i feel the experience wasnt satisfying and just not worth it.

Call it as House of nothing. U dont have food when required. Starters served very late. Food finished by the time u go for main course. Suggest not to visit... non vegetarians spend couple more hundreds and visit Barbeque Nation or ABs. For sure you have pleasant experience.

There are many items in the buffet but nothing was cooked properly, after had a very bad experience, we move to main course in just 10 minutes as the barbie que was not good, and then we experienced the same thing even with the main course. Pathetic service from the restaurant. You reach there and beg for table even ur table is booked earlier.- Wait for 20-25 odd minutes to get the Table.- Later once you get the table, you will get very few pieces of barbecue(two in each screwer. It may be paneer or mushroom or any other starter). When asked the reason, the manager says this is how the Barbecue is. 😳- After a long frustration, When u try for main course you will find most of the dishes empty.- The owner anyhow tried to fill the dishes but of no use because u start feeling hunger pangs due to stomach contractions.- When u ask for butter Naan’s, you will get an answer from the Server that too after requesting 4-5 times saying “we dont have atta and we cannot serve Naan”.When its time for billing we started arguing to the Manager about all that happened and suddenly one of the Partner shouts as if we were not willing to pay the bill though we were not in that mood. (Though we ended up paying 50% of the total amount because we could only enjoy Omler and Desserts.If you still wants to have food at “House of Barbeque” then try ur hard luck at ur own risk.Lastly. Forgot to add . We even got a piece of plastic in a roti for one of our children. U have to seriously Think of the quality they are maintaining.Finally I have to say this, the owner Dad(such a idiot)is so arrogant saying that his customers are like workers who still managed to pay bill after all these nautanki dramas.This was the situation with many customers that day. I got same reviews from many of my friends as well. This is the reason I want everyone to know before booking a table at “House of Barbecue”.

The service is not great since they take more time to get you food and the non veg starters are not at all spicy even after asking them to make spicy. We were expecting a buffet like ABs or Barbeque nations kind. But they mentioned it was a South India special buffet. Accordingly it was more of Kerala, TN, AP kind. There was no Hyderabadi chicken biryani,no mutton biryani, no dal, no Sambar, no proper veg curry,no proper veg fry and so on. Starters were average. They gave a veg pizza which needs special mention. It was like a papad. Even after ordering new one, they served similar pizza.Weekend (999/-) non veg buffet is quite expensive when compared to week days (699/-).We will plan established barbeques from next time.

This is my first time having here and the food is not at all upto the mark very disappointing. Thought there would be barbecue vibes like BBQ but it wasnt good. The fish is soft and tender but there is the smell of the fish and also some of the curries were bitter to taste. They had some coconut pulao which was having the rancid and the pani puri also was a bit bitter to taste. Some of the good dishes were chicken starters and some desserts like the black forest cake was good to taste. The ambience is also very good with social distancing kept in mind.
