Not satisfactory at all with this Erramanzil Sonovision services & their products because I had visited the show room and selected a refrigerator in LG brand. But they were home delivered a complained and rejected piece by some one else. This I came to know when LG mechanic visited my home to resolve the problems.Initially when I purchased the refrigerator it was not cooling even after it was in power-on for a full day. Then I was frequently calling them but the staff was not responded properly. I was having a small doubt in my mind that it may be a complained piece by anyone and they might be rectified the problem and delivered me. I was continuously calling the showroom and after frequent calls they sent a mechanic to my home then he confirmed that the piece was rejected by some one else since he was searching for Bar code tags but those are all not found and were already removed earlier itself. Then I directly went to the show room and the same thing was informed their sales supervisors. At that time their receiving was different and after long discussion with them in that evening finally they agreed to deliver another new piece, caused double tips for delivery boys.The initial approach before paying the amount was by one supervisor who talked nicely but after complaint in day4 itself was by another supervisor who has the loud & rough voice.So informing all that be careful while visiting this show-room and taking home deliveries.

This review is for Sonovision Panjagutta Brach. They recently opened this branch, my family usally visit Sonovision Vijayawada Branch for electronic needs. So hoping of similar service here I visited this Panjagutta Brach.I brought AC from them on Tuesday, and tried reaching their number to find out the status of delivery for whole day and after several calls and follow up got this delivered on Wednesday late night 10:00 PM.Then the story for installation started again, Sonovision didnt raise the installation request with the respective company till I personally visited their store on Thrusday.They never answer calls nor respond to your queries, please dont waste your time by visiting this store. I regret about my decision of purchasing a AC from them. Will never shop with this branch.2 star is only for the price they sold.

Purchased a Daikin AC from the malakpet, hyderabad store. Initially they informed the the installation is free. Billing was done and the product was delivered after a few days. Requested for installation on a Saturday so that I will be available during their presence. They made me hurry saying that the free installation will be closed by 31st and later I will have to pay. So as advised by them I got it done in time. Paid the installation guys Rs.1050 though they didnt use any extra cable. Later they started calling to inform that no free installation is available during the purchase of the product and I have to pay another extra amount of Rs.1800 towards installation. Guys please never purchase from this store. This is the worst store.
