Once my friend purchased laptop in paradise big market but laptop failed to work with in a month and they didnt respond.Find always trustworthy people if we are buying any big budget products. Recently I took my Lenovo laptop for service as my keyboard which is internal was not working as A letter was struck. He cross checked everything adviced whats happening and gave us a best possible solution. Any other shop was asking me to directly replace the keyboard which would cost 2000 rs where Manoj clearly looked at all aspects provided good solution.He even provided free cleaning internal service for laptop which usually costs 350 rs.

Worst service and behavior!Replaced original HDD with substandard one and didn’t even give back the actual HDD. Siphoned off almost 5000/- rupees for fixing issues on my two laptops and the problems got worse. Their motto is only to cheat customers.
