Worst place to buy Royal Enfield bike. They wont even care to give a proper info about the delivery of bike even after 8 months of booking time. I had a horrible experience with them. Not at all recommend to buy from this fraudulent shop. BEWARE..No way to give them negative rating hence this rating.

They dont care about customers.They took money but no service.Blaming RE with these kind of behaviour .Dont buy anything from them.Such a reckless answers.They dont bother of consumes after purchase.They give false answers.Such a Great manager and great staff.Charged for number plate but they wont fix it.They are insisting for another showroom and later they tell like other showroom also owned by them onlyAfter going to other showroom, show room person said go green no ware related to us.Such a dramatic persons now a days also.Dont waste time and money.

Best place for Royal Enfield lovers

Not even worth a star. Have been giving my motorcycle for last 2 years. The service personnel cannibalize the motorcycle. First the petrol was taken then when i asked for a new battery, they gave a battery which was not suitable for 500cc bike. Took the battery holding straps and gave back the bike. I have learned my lesson.

I want to give negative rating if it is possible. Staff is highly unprofessional and keeps delaying things. It has been one month for us to even get the complementary mirrors set. Do not trust a single word or promise they make. They are all frauds!

Non professionals, no customer focus , ignorance is at peek just because the RE demand is higher. With other rivals coming in this should solve all other problems..I booked the vehicle 4 months ago, not even received a single call from dealer. Their contacts are always switched off , email contact bounces back, pathetic service.I strongly suggest not to go with this dealer.

If at all I could give negative rating I will surely give -5, these guys spoil the name of Royal Enfield. They are not dealers they are thieves they steal parts from bike dont ever give here for service. The showroom is total waste they are rude dont even respond properly, I suggest go for some other Royal Enfield where they have good personal who are always ready to help.

Everytime I give my classic 350 for servicing petrol is taken out of it.. I used to think may be for cleaning the parts they will need it so I havent said anything.. my new interceptor had to be towed down as it had a flat tyre.. the tank was half full almost..usually with a full tank interceptor runs upto 180 kms before the reserve indicator blinks but today at 120 kms reading itself it was blinking.(i know this because everytime I get it filled to full tank and reset the trip meter.) I didnt even give my bike for servicing it was just to get a repair done and these ppl took out almost 5 liters of petrol from it.. when I asked nobody was answering about it..and I had to get it again refilled as I didnt know how long it will last.. everytime they do this.. most irresponsible replies and sometimes no replies at all..

Sales executives does not give proper information about the bike. They dont know differences between Classic 350 & Bullet 350 (I know I can google it but I was expecting some new info and ended up in getting wrong info). They dont know service frequency for Bullet 350 & Classic 350. One guy says only 2 free service per year - 1000 kms & 5000 kms or 1 year. Another guy says 4 free services over a period of 1 and half year (500 kms, 5000kms, 10000kms, 1.5 years - this is what he said).Test Drive:They were not ready to give bike for test drive - one guy told no bike is available and another guy told all vehicles are pending for service. After asking questions and talking they gave the bike for test drive but asked me not to take U turn to U turn distance (this is hardly 1.5 kms).Vehicle was not maintained properly !I went to another showroom - Headway motors, Madinaguda. I was able to get ALL the necessary info I was looking for. I was given the bike immediately for test drive. I was also able to talk to Service section lead on general service expenses and frequency. Executives were friendly and more knowledgeable. Anybody can give this showroom a try.

I visited here several times to book vehicle they always tell there is no test drive vehicle it was sent to servicing. Literally they are lying to me i visited them to 3 times finally booked it other showroom.
