Enjoyed at the mystery rooms with family and it was great time we had spent here. We all were trying to solve the puzzles for getting clues. It’s a fun game with brain exercise. We all liked it. Thanks

It was a fun session with friends to solve mysteries. Basically, you get to chose the theme of the mystery you want to solve. Youll then be lead to the entrance of the room. You arent allowed to carry any electronic gadgets inside the mystery room.You and your friends are then locked inside the mystery room and you have exactly one hour to solve the mystery. You get hints and directions in between the game on the TV screen fixed inside the room. And you get 4 chances to ask for a clue if you get stuck somewhere.

This place is just awesome, go in a group of 4 and you will just love it , their clues and presentation are amazing . Infact everything about it be it the staff or the mystery ,it should be the first in your go to list.

This place is good for birthday parties and for hanging out with 3-5 people in a group. I had Pizza, Drum Sticks Chicken and Chocolate Smoothie which were all good. Also, the chicken could have been a bit better. It js a good place for daylight photography as well.

If you want to face challenges and feel the thrill of solving them and get satisfaction, you have to visit this place. There are clues by using which you have to open locks. You will get clue from the solved puzzle for further level. You have to do it as a group that too group size should be 4+. It is thrilling, exiting and a very good experience. Who ever loves thrilling movies, they will definitely love this. You can also get upto 4 clues from game master. The thrill you have to experience it cannot be explained in words. It is a bit of costly game which will cost you from 800 to 1500. You have different complex levels. You have to solve the puzzle in 1 hr. You can get extra time by paying some extra money. You can also get nice food in the attached restaurant and also you/kids can play various games like snakes and ladders to child puzzle games for free of cost. You can also get a play station here.

Nice Place where you can find different themes. They have 5 different themes in Gachibowli. I went for Bhangarh Fort. You have 1 hour to solve several puzzles and get out of the room. You can go in groups. Better to go 3 ppl in 1 group otherwise it will be crowded.

Its a fun place to try something new!If you wanna feel like James Bond and have fun solving the mysteries then this place is a must go.Concept- They provide you with a list of mysteries that you can choose from. Read the description and go for one. Remember its a group activity, so go in a group of 4 to 8 people. I went for Night in Bhangarh. It was scary and fun as well. They have well conceptualised the mystery and also the interior of the mystery room is awesome. You can feel it for real.Food and ambience- Apart from the mystery rooms, they have a very good restaurant. Ambience is perfect. Consider the pictures for better idea.Cons-The only con is the price. Its a bit costly but worth it. It cost me around ₹800 per person

I don’t understand why do they charge so much. The apparent tough ones are actually very easy, anyone can solve them, and there is no prize or medals for the winners. What are they charging ya SO much for??And when I called the other branch, they mentioned that they provide medals even to the winners who take extra time. And I wasn’t provided with anything, it was only disappointing.

Good place with great ambiance! Suitable for corporate team event. Joined my team in solving the jail break mystery room, it was really hard. It not only involved thinking through the puzzles but also physically solving some challenges like picking locks! 😂

I recently visited Mystery rooms in April 2021 when planned a trip with friends. And this is the worst part of our whole trip for sure. The price they have to charge is 100 INR per person. But what they charge is 800 INR per person just for a one hour of dumb puzzles.Kindly Dont think that you will be sherlocked will all the paintings over there. Even puzzles in newspapers are interesting than the puzzles present here. Please 🙏 save your money 💰Thank me later !!!!

We chose the Bhangar fort mystery and the difficulty level was moderate to high. We couldnt crack it in the given time but chose to pay extra to finish the puzzle. I had a great time finding the answers.

It was a fun experience. We went as a group of five. It was a first time for everyone so we were not sure what to expect, and wasted time because of that. You will definitely do better on your second time. It is a bit on the expensive side, RS 600 per head per hour. But definitely something to try. I would recommend at least go as a group of four, Max 8 in a group. This is a better way of spending time with friends than a movie or dinner!

My daughter and her friends totally enjoyed the 1 hour solving secret legacy mystery. They had a different experience altogether by working and solving the mystery. Kudos to mystery rooms for putting together something so nice...I plan to take her again and in fact plan to participate too...Cant wait for it ! Kids though felt the time could have been a little more for their age group...Something the management can chew on.

One of the must visit places if you stay near Gachibowli. The place has one of the best decors. The food is equally tasty. We have ordered on Melon Masquerade juice which was something out of the world. Their food presentation along is the taste is incredibly good. There are other game rooms as well.

The level was brilliant! The Game masters were very helpful when needing clues. Food was also delictable. We were one of the few teams to solve Inferno. Very entertaining and interesting concept.

I went to Bhangarh.1. No Safety Measures - as the game is in darkness, it should be planned well. One of the boxes has a series of nails like 10-12. We couldnt see in the darkness. Those nails gave a big scar on my left hand. As they dont return money if I come out for first aid, I had to continue for the sake of the money. After the game, when I notified them about my injury, the first thing they should do is first aid but they are busy in sending other team to the game and made us evacuated from the place.They did first aid after 40 minutes of the game and that also happened because I stayed there and questioned them about it. Otherwise, it seemed they dont care.2. No explanation - there was a box of keys. We need to take keys from the box. While we are trying to get a key, one of the keys got fell down to the floor of the box. From the design of that box, it is impossible to take key from the floor of the box. They should have given help for as we invested almost 20 minutes trying to take that key. Their help came after 20 minutes of our wasted time. On top of that, when the game is over, I asked them to take out one of the keys from the box to check it is doable. Surprisingly, they couldnt take the key from the design they configured, here, I felt cheated. While I was asking questions, they made us evacuated from the place and did not explain the further game also. At the end I felt, Its like I paid money to let them play with me. For all of this, they say Sorry with a crooked smile. I wish no one would spend a day like that.

I have been twice to Mystery rooms, their idea is really good. Puzzles are really good, teams would really enjoy a unique experience. They do have many themes so that you could visit multiple times.I request management to consider the time for finishing the puzzle, they usually give 1 hour, I feel it is difficult to finish all the levels in the puzzle.I would really appreciate if they provide some corporate discount, it would help companies to come again and again.Parking: Mystery rooms parking is very limited. When our team visited their parking was full and we had to take paid parking. Platinas parking could be time consuming please plan accordingly.

We had executive team event to socialize with LT followed by dinner. Had one of the most memorable and thriller experience with Mystery room. The concept and theme are stitched up to perfection which yielded the desired experience with fun and excitement. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

The rating comes directly from my son who celebrated his birthday with half a dozen of his buddies. They rated it the experience high and thoroughly enjoyed it.The thumbs down was the terrible experience we had with the guy who was managing the valet parking (not managed by Mystery Rooms) who was downright rude, told us that the 4 parking spots allocated to Mystery Rooms were taken and we had to pay 40 Rupees to park. While I was willing to pay, he demanded an advance payment of 100 Rupees! That was the point where I lost it, and parked at the mall 100 meters down the road, for 30 Rupees. That 3rd party valet totally killed the experience for us parents.

Delightful experience with a novel concept of bringing entertainment in the form of solving puzzles. A great initiative for youngsters deprived of new experiences in Gachibowli. The whole escape sequence is planned and organized well. Absolutely loved the experience. I feel its a bit costly but since everyone visits this only few times, this is necessary to cover the investment. Go with your friends

Dont expect a scary and horror experience. Its a mystery room where u will puzzle to solve. So overall choose any theme and you will get same experience. itd be nice if they can add a taste or scary house in this game

Nice place... You wont feel claustrophobic or nervous or creeped out which is the case with most such ventures ... The ambience will make you anxious enough to enjoy the experience as well as think with a relatively clear mind ... But its pretty small and mostly a one time thing (hope its not) ... The experience is good for one to try out bigger escapades or adventures like this... It is a must try for anyone in Hyderabad though... One hour of pure fun and exercising your IQ ... Totally worth what it costs...

This was an experience that cant be described well enough. If you are looking at solving mysteries through clues along with friends then this is the place. We did Silent Legacy. Very clever room with fantastic interiors but run horribly by the game manager. He didnt brief us about the story, he kept sending us clues by himself, he even cut around 15 minutes of our time! He lied about everything when we came out and was refusing to accept what he had done. Thankfully, after half an hour of arguing, the owner of Mystery Rooms entered and gave us 50% refund as soon as he heard our story. We accepted the refund as a compensation for the disappointment, but if the owner/manger of Mystery Rooms can contact me, Id gladly give the amount back to them as overall, we had a decent time!

Price is on higher side. There are better escape rooms which have better themes and at reasonable price.

Maybe it is by design, but the clues are almost undecipherable. And why is it so cold inside. Our brains literally froze due to the cold. We didnt have much fun. But your mileage might vary. Maybe its just us

Great place for weekend hangouts and who love adventures must visit the place . Solving the mysteries is really good . Visit with friends for more fun . But its a bit expensive 800 for 1hr and for extra time they charged 500 extra .

I have been with my team here.The experience is worst. Charge is too high.Food is next to worst.We pity ourself on why we have chosen this place to burn time and money.Staff are very rude especially the Masquerade people who serve food.

One of the best place to spend one hour. Go with 4 or more people inside. You will be left out in a room with 2 torch in your hands and cctv camera all arounds. You need to read the boards to get clues to get some keys by which you can move to next portion. There will be a screen where you can see hints given by admin to help you. There are very small tunnels as well where not everyone would be comfortable to go but you can press the button and come out someone will come to help you. But its good and worth of one hour. We choose the moderate level and crossed almost all hurdles except the last one which was a little tough and we were out of time.

Worst safety standards I have come across! These rooms are supposed to titillate your logical quotient and provide fun filled stimulation. Having done mystery rooms across various countries like Norway, UK, UAE, Germany and many others, last thing I could have imagined was to walk out of one with a broken shoulder.Pitch black room with a sudden drop would be an immediate violation in any country with half the safety measures.I am looking at suing the establishment after the ordeal they have put me through and have made my left hand invalid for atleast 2 months.To top it all, the staff was more than happy to show us out instead of providing any first aid.STAY AWAY! There are better ones even in the same city.

We went as a group of 4 people. The game was hangover. And the puzzles were generally good. However we had a pretty bad experience due to poor quality of staff.1. The game started with the initial hint : check the note on the menu bar.However there was no menu on the bar. There was another book containing tattoos and we lost around 15 minutes in the confusion before we somehow stumbled on the solution on our own. Pure luck.Even next day the staff called us to check if we had taken the menu with us.2. Whenever we asked for hint, they were giving us hints for problems we had already solved. Even the hints were for problems that were solved around 2-3 puzzles back.3. After one hour was over, the staff came to tell us that we can get extra 15 minutes. However he forgot to tell that it costed extra 500 rupees.Overall not very customer obssessive and no taking of responsibility. I tried contacting their facebook page but no response.
