Poor service…. Have ordered a 2kg Choclate truffle cake, but not at all satisfied with the decoration & taste.When asked about it, staff is saying that “we don’t usually customize cakes”.

Very very poor service! The entire staff, from the billing desk to the guys who are responsible for packing your food were on their phones. We informed 3 people that we were waiting for our order and they just turned around and went back to what they were doing. But what was unacceptable for a store of such high standards was,there was a fly inside the display glass for the brownies. Not worth your time or money!!

The place is tiny with very few tables and the brownies here a must try thing you cant leave theobroma without tasting them. The staff is polite. Its mostly for pick-up store.Apart from the brownies the redvelvet cake is so good that it jist melts in your mouth.

Clumsy and sick environment inside the hospital and uniform of the employees are in red which might trigger hypertension amoung the visiting patients. Less attentive staff.

They don’t answer customer complaints properly. I reported spillage due to bad picking. The lady didn’t even make attempt informing that branch.

Absolutely shocked to find this piece of plastic in the eggless walnut brownie. Glad we spotted just in time while feeding the brownie to my 2.5yr old. Cannot imagine how it wouldve ended for my kid.Called up the number mentioned on invoice multiple times to provide feedback, the number wasnt reachable.Dropped an email on the general email id mentioned on website.I have been a big fan of theobroma since I first visited them in Mumbai. But after many yrs of enjoying their brownies, I dont think Im going back to theobroma for a very long time.

Nice place .But very small.Take away is better.Dining in its too much like a matchbox size .Costly brownies .Few desserts are worth it.

The special loaf of Brown Bread cost me ₹90 but was unimpressed by its quality.Pastries are ok.

Bought chocolate hazelnut cupcakes, brownies, tarts and finally sourdough bread. Those were delicious and well worth the 14kms we had to travel to just these. Cupcakes are too cute to even eat em. Sourdough bread was on another level. Made a simple sandwich with the bread and you should definitely try it.

Unfortunately the store in Hyderabad only carries a small selection of the menu available in Mumbai. Their awesome burgers are sorey missed. To make matters workar they are dismally understaffed and unorganised

Understaffed and the place is too small. Plan in advance if you can place an order online and go to collect the items. Writing the review after trying all the items mentioned in the bill here, the cupcakes are better in concu for sure. Brownies are okay. Will try the stuff again after few months, sometimes they take time to settle down.

This cute patisserie had my heart since I first tasted in Delhi..... Theobroma opened its 1st south Indian store in Jubilee hills rd no 10, Hyderabad. More stores coming up in Hyderabad. Brownies are what you should be ordering when here. Since its been less than a week, the queue is on.... Had delivered it through Swiggy. The Millionaire Brownie is a must try here..... pastries are okayish. Looking forward to try their sandwiches

First of all the place was overcrowded. Outside the outlet it was clearly mentioned that no more than 5 customers will be allowed inside the shop at a time, yet the staff at the door doing temp. checks was not stopping the crowd from entering the store.Tastewise the food that we bought was okay. I am a big fan of Theo of Colaba in Mumbai. Mawa cake here could not match the Mumbai taste. The red velvet cupcake too was pretty ordinary, especially the texture of the cream cheese frosting on top. Not sure if I would go back to the Theobroma here in Hyderabad just for the brand sake.

Ohhhhh the brownies (taste that puts smile on your face) and eggless is like cherry on top ..... Simply wow..... A great bakery .... Amazing food ... what else shall I say just go and experience yourself well worth every rupee spent

Very bad service. Very small space with extremely slow service leading to overcrowding in an already tiny place. Social distancing is not a possibility here. Consistency in quality and taste is also missing.

Ordered fresh pineapple cake through Zomato. They accepted the order. By the time delivery executive reached the restaurant, they told him its no longer available, as they sold it off to someone else. The restaurant had the gall to ask me to accept strawberry cake, or cancel it. They said, they cant do anything about it. Totally unprofessional attitude

The food is okiesh and not upto the levels of what i tasted in Mumbai. Service is definitely not upto Theobroma standards. Hyderabad patisserie space definitely has a high bar thanks to the likes of labonel, concu etc., which are not only known for taste but impeccable service standards. Theobroma has a long way to go , been to the outlet twice but will visit it couple of months later and update the review if anything changes.

People prefer stability and are usually hesitant to try out new places and things. This being their comfort zone works quite well for most but not if you are a free spirit and always eager to try out new stuff.Theobroma is technically not new as it has established its credibility and brand for some time now and has done quite a good job about it. This particular outlet though is its first one in Hyderabad with more in the offing.I had a particularly forgettable experience the first time around with items missing from the order and less than expected customer experience from a brand as renowned as this. I vented this out to the people actually concerned about the business.My second visit was to get the missing items from the list and this time there was a noticeable change in the way the staff communicated. Now Im not totally sure if this was because they were working on my feedback or if it was just for the show of it.Over the course of my second visit this time, I also observed the way they interacted with other customers and saw an improvement though only time will tell if this stands and Ill check the same on my subsequent visits.I tried their brownies and pastries which were pretty good. The millionaire brownie which is much acclaimed here did not appeal to my palate like the way the Nutella or the old fashioned walnut brownie did but thats just my taste.I must say what I liked the most was the quiche and I might just keep coming back only to have this particular item. One must try this if you are visiting here.This is the start of Theobroma in Hyderabad and this particular outlet here is small. What made me come back is more than the items they have in the patisserie.An owner who values customer feedback and has no qualms in calling them herself. Shes not afraid to roll up her sleeves and get into the thick of things which is highly appreciative. A personal note of thanks to Ms. Kainaz. More power to you!The city head Mr.Bhaskar is an experienced hand and my interaction with him assured me that they have their priorities in place and are working hard to streamline things.It is always difficult to start something new but what most people dont realise is that its even more cumbersome to maintain your standards once you reach the top.Sure there would be the odd niggle and glitches every now and then but as long as you have your heart in the right place, youll be able to win over your customer and that Theobroma surely has. Ill certainly be back for more!
