Ratnadeep is completely remodeled and that change is very good...all items are partitioned well...the only problem is enough cooling is not being maintained at the store....other than that everything is fine.

IN THIS store one staff guy is there name MAHESH NAIK ,his service is very good and his behaviour with customers is very polite.

I am a regular customer for this since it started. So I generally never re check the bill. Today I was surprised when they billed ₹ 59 for less than 200 gm long green brinjal, I called on the given number, they disconnected abruptly and put a message whats up? Later stopped responding. Its so annoying

A good shopping experience at this place. Staff is good and follows all covid guidelines. However, management need to look for additional place for 4 wheeler parking, it has been difficult to park 4 wheelers at this place.

I always recommend D-Mart over any supermarket in the city. Rates are very high and no discounts available. You can find them on any kirana shop as well.Store manager is useless in resolving customer complaints. They don’t switch on AC at all. You will sweat out of your bloody if you visit this store for shopping :P.Store manager Venu and Security are worst person ever in providing hospitality service. They are very much interested to close store & go home very quickly rather than obeying to the Govt allowed timings due to curfew.Waste of time by visiting this 3rd class and unprofessional service stores. I strongly recommend people to visit D-Marts for huge discounts and also Big Bazaar & More Supermarkets for professional services.

You cant go wrong with Ratnadeep! Everything available under one roof and well organised.Car parking is limited and can be a pain if you dont find a spot!

You can get all the necessary items at this store let it be stationary , grocery item but you will find the store crowded at peak hours so would suggest you to go around 12:00-16:00 or you could also get home delivery. There is no discount on major of the items they sell.

Ratnadeep at yousufguda has no minimum courtesy towards customers. I make a bill of 5000/- every month. Today, I purchased a set of 4 panchatantra books and I requested the floor manager to gift pack the same. The manager demanded extra money for that. Very bad!!. Ratnadeep has no royalty and loyalty to customers. Ratnadeep Manager !! Please give priority to customer relationship first. Wake up ratnadeep, wakeup!!

One of the best supermarkets for in and around Yousufguda residents. Well maintained and we can expect every household items with moderate amounts. They organised all the items properly so we pick any item ASAP which saves our time. They having a parking lot but it creates a bit of traffic due to narrow roads. Overall a handy supermarket for near by residents.

Its my regular grocery buying store. Vegetables in particular are the best here. Not very expensive like QMart but still cost is reasonable. Groceries are also good. Maybe the crockery section on the top floor appears to be a bit expensive, otherwise I like the store.
