Today I bought 1/2 kg pineapple cake ; Immdtly after going home, we kept in freezer and later got cut; but it found to be a stale cake with foil smell. When we approached to stores i/c, he left the blame with cake maker and lost reputation with customers by his dissatisfied answers. Pl dont buy cakes at Serena Bakers at DSNR and put your lived in risk.

Pros-1. Location is close to the highway.2. Value for money. (i.e. you can have chole bhature at 60 rs., Faluda at 35 etc... For more, check the attached pic)3. Only snacks & desserts are worthy to eat.4. Staff response is good.Cons-1. Curry items are too spicy. Even they apply some food colours which was noticeable on nails after you wash your hands.2. Dining space is small with limited tables & chairs. A few small ceiling fans are there from which you cant feel any air coming.3. I had some concern about the heigene factor once I looked at their cooking space.4. Self service is the only option. No serving.5. No home delivery option. Only way is to order via swiggy which is a nightmare if you are ordering alone as you have to order minimum 200+ rs.

One of the best and and worthy bakery in the city. The burgers are above average. The serve different varieties of Noodles which is worthy in quality and quantity wise. There are many varieties in chicken dishes. The food served is fresh and hygienic. Only negative is lack of seating facilities in peak times hence the street is very busy and people flood to this place. They have good cakes and pastries too. The cost is not very high when comparing with the food quality.

Variety is really good and the food is also pretty decent but the amount is comparatively less. The pricing is affordable and remains open for late night as well which is good for students. It has a lot of room to seat but the ambiance is less like a restaurant and more like a dinning hall.

With my friends i have enjoyed a lot in Serena for every birthday. We go here

Fried rice is yummy and so is tandoori chicken.they provide great quantity for food but its a bit pricy.food is not too spicy and cakes are beautifully decorated and melt in mouth.Do try the fried crispy chicken and tandoori chicken.Pizza is not so great.sometimes the single pastry pieces are not fresh.Place is not too hygenic and overcrowded many times.But food is very good and tastes awesome.

Food price is high compared to outer market. Taste is okay. U have to wait 30 mins for a small order like dahi puri. Place is not hygenic. Ambience of the sitting place is not good.
