Visited this place for breakfast. Limited options for breakfast spread. Poori was very oily and juice wasnt even juice. Service was great though

Went for a weekend dinner. The ambience felt a bit dull. The service was slow. During our dinner there was a powercut, twice, for about 10 minutes each and we had to finish our dinner in dark. No backup or emergency lights, whatsoever. Billing also took more time due to that. The food, however, was good and thats why I have rated 3 stars. I am sure the breakfast buffet will have better experience as service would not be an issue and the place would not seem dull in the morning.

Came here with friends on the new year day to have a great start of the year. But the experience is worst and we regret coming here. Food is all cold and stale. All starters are cold and dry. Chicken is very hard, even table knife cannot help to part it. All dishes are very common and tastes below average. Worst part is tables are not clean and they didnt even provide napkins or tissues. Wasted 1180per each buffet here. They even charge extra for some of the desserts which should be part of the buffet. Please dont waste your time and money going here

Didnt expect this place to be this cool.Been here for bf and it had a decent spread. What I loved the most is their waffle and their cakes.Didnt like their breads ( croissants, donuts, bread)Weather added up to it and had a great morning with good bf buffet there.

I generally go for breakfast with a gang of about 8 tennis buddies and beleive me its fun..the food variety is limited but then so is the cost of buffer

Pathetic customer service, They charged 6 Times On MRP for a water bottle which is not ok as per local law. And the entire staff doesn’t know how to talk to customers.

Excellent spread, tasty. Very nice ambience. Extremely good for team parties and dinners. They have good corporate discount also. 110 of us went and no hiccups, dishes are refilled quickly and hot. We were provided the lawn area for seating, fabulous. Team enjoyed a lot.

We have been to this restaurant on a few occasions and this place stands out for the decent open air restaurant overlooking a lotus pond and great food overall.The staff is very friendly and they happily accommodate small off-menu requests.

It is a nice experience of having food in a calm place away from busy traffic. One side of the interiors has a closed restaurant look while the other one faces the open meadows with a large glass door. There is an option to dine outdoor when the sun is gone. There is a variety of food available, I would score the continental and dessert section the best. The rest is mediocre. Staff is helpful. I wouldnt say this is the best place for groups to have food over serious conversations as talks get eclipsed in conversations of other diners seated at very close tables.

Great ambience away from noise and traffic. Breakfast buffet is awesome with variety for every ones eating habits. Also you can order something fresh from the available menu. As this is in Hyderabad, one should expect taste of north Indian dishes a bit spicy. Try once!

Worst restaurant ever in Hyderabad ppl are irresponsible. Management and manager are least bothered to check who is coming and going.

BIG rooms, peaceful and soothing interior. Good room service. Access roadto the hotel is a pleasure to have a morning walk. Food is also very good. Though I am not happy with their plates and cutlery.....they are very old and need a change....

Went for buffet lunch.Food:The variety of food is good. The food was neither too spicy nor to plain. Its was just ok. They prepare the food keeping the fact in the mind that they may have customer from anywhere and with right notes of spices everyone can enjoy the food whether he is from India or Abroad.Sitting Area:I am being little tall I had the issue with sitting as the combination of chair and table (dining table) seems to be little problematic for tall guys. Chairs should be little more spacious.Ambience:The ambience was just ok for lunch. I assume during evening time for dinner they must be opening the garden area, which looks amazing.My overall experience was wonderful

Less items in buffet @699. They charge 18%gst as they said there is a hotel attached with the restaurant and they can charge 18% In place of 5%, What the hell ! I just went for enjoying buffet lunch and did not use the hotel rooms. Bul*s**t explanation by the Manager. Overall i uses dineout so got saved overall in price but will never go to such hotels for buffet in lifetime. Either govt. is a cheater or these guys.Atleast, the only thing I liked was ambience. Cool and calm. Which was a value for my time, nothing more.

Indus is a multi cuisine restaurant located inside the Ella Hotel, which in turn is a part of the Hill Ridge complex at Gachibowli.The place offers both buffet as well as a la carte options. The atmosphere and the ambiance in the evenings is quite nice although the food itself seems to be just about ok in terms of taste and quality. Service was good with attentive staff.Worth a one time visit.

As every one expect to get for dineing experience for a family dinner Im also one of them expecting the same and I got it at Indus restaurant.. Its was lovely dinner we had. All the guest attender did excellent job help us to get fine-dine experience at this place. Thanks to shusanth(executive) for arrangements ......awsome.

Its just an average restaurant. The taste is just ok. Variety is not much. Only 2 starters in veg or non veg. Hotel ambience is nice.

Food is average. Items of good in number. Staff were polite n friendly. If you have no option near by then u can visit this.

We had a buffet dinner. The items are not as tastey as expected. It was not up to the mark. The power went off twice in 2 hours. This was not expected in a star hotel. Not worth travelling all the way to Gachibowli for buffet at this hotel. There are other hotels in Madhapur which have a far better menu and taste for the same price. Only deserts were good.

Service levels needs improvement. Lot of food variety was available. Starters are cold and not upto the mark in taste..

Couldnt give lower rating than this. quality & variety of buffet spread was sad. The cheff had made a mokery of moong dal ka halva. It looked more like south Indian paisam 😂🤣

Tasteless food. Lots of mosquitos and no variety in buffets. All in all not a great experiance. Good to host office parties as they have huge garden space etc. But they need to improve on taste of food served.

Service at customer should be improved a lot and I enjoyed pasta that I have ordered it was just 26mins in my table I thanks to the chef as I am a hotelier.

Was my first pick for lunch buffets few years back but now a days food and service both are detoriating. Last outing at Indus was not good..

Had stay for 3weeks in march and now in april agin.In second stay i have observe whenever they have outside gust (Not staying within ellaa) they pay more attention to them instead of to the in-house gust.No proper facility for in-house gust for dinner whenever corporate parties arranged inside Indus....Experience just three days back still have 1 week to checkout...

Great ambience but poorly managed at times. Quality of food to be improved by leaps and bounds.Buffet is served all through the day for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Idli /Vada served in the morning is served as Dahi idli /Dahi Vada at lunch or dinner. Parathas and Puris served cold. Very inconsistent management sometimes excellent and most of the times pathetic to the customers. An improved food quality and extremely customer centric management would turn one rating to five star.

Has to be the best selection of Indian food for miles around, you are spoilt for choice certainly the best Ive tried so pop in and see for yourself the amount thats there to choose from staff are so very friendly and so very helpful well worth a visit.

Had to eat here, as I had complimentary breakfast during my stay. Food was okay. Service is pathetic. The dishes were not replaced in quick time after they were over nor were the plates/ cups/ bowls. In case of requesting from the servers/ waiters about the plates/cups/bowls they used to ignore or say something random. However, the restaurant manager was trying to manage everything alone, tough deal though!
