Lovely and delicious biryani and a range of kebabs...The chicken in biryani was super juicy.I make it a point to have once at least paradise biryani while my visit to Hyderabad.You might get mixed reviews on this.

I ordered nizami mutton biryani, hoping to be blown away by its taste. Unfortunately it was a disappointment, again. I feel Paradise is now running only on its name.

In the app it has shown cost of biryani Rs525/ which serves for 2 its clearly mentioned over there. But when it came it was not even sufficient for a person also. One of the worst having high prices and bluffing customers

Biryani was not that great. not felt like asli Hyderabadi Biriyani. Quantity is low and price is high.Its okay once in a quarter for a change. the ambiance is good, but the sitting area too small .Haleem is good at Ramdan times.

Old Biryani genious who lost his charm. Went for dinein at this location and ordered paneer 65 and veg biryani. Paneer 65 is just a saute fry of marinated paneer instead of deep fry. I can feel marination coming out of paneer as liquid cream. Vegetable biryani is just beans&cabbage marinated curry kept in middle of steamed basmati rice. I still remember a decade backin my college days where I used to proudly say veggie lovers can enjoy Authentic veggie Dum Biryani by showing Paradise. Sorry to say this Paradise is no long pioneer in Biryani. But I never ever visit paradise Biryani again for my biryani carvings.

Your brand has been trusted for years now by us Hyderabadis..charge good money but dont do this..look at the excessive food colour..

They have to improve on their hygine and serving time. Almost 20 to 30min they take for any dish to serve other than Biryanis.

This was the second time I visited this place. First experience was not good for dine in. Food was not fresh. But I see lot of crowd, so I went for second time but the same story repeated. Anyway takeaway food is good. No doubt. Fresh and delicious. Not sure why cant they maintain the same in dine in.

Hopeless experience. We ordered nizami chicken biryani through swiggy and to our surprise there was not even a single chicken piece in the biryani. What on earth did the packing guy pack? Was it a leftover biryani???? We called customer care for paradise and they have asked us to call swiggy to sort this. But I am asking... swiggy just picks orders and the restaurant packs it. How is this a delivery issue? The restaurant guys are running a scam. Shameless act. Highly unethical...

Yesterday my family visited this Restaurant for dinner. We are very much disappointed with the food they served us. We realized that some items left in the afternoon are served us. when we complain they just get it hot and served same. Raitha served with Biryani is more like butter milk.Veg Manchuria is very hard like stones. Overall a bitter experience with this hotel on an important day.

Worst place for the biryani. They are totally money oriented now so they do not care about the customers. In my opinion, if any restaurant does not satisfy his customers then its not a good restaurant. So folks dont go there if you are a food lover. Even a Small vendor cares about their customer but they dont. And they have so many outlets I could not find the authentic taste also. Whether you will talk their manager or what they do not care

The worst experience. Too much cost. And served plain biryani rice in the name of Hyderadi dum biryani. Worst ever decision to eat there.

Paradise biryani is more about minting money in the name of brand than providing delicious and quantified biryani at reasonable price. I had coupon of 200 pts which said that I can redeem at restaurant or take away. I along with one more person visited paradise hitech City branch, ordered one Chicken biryani in the view of sharing 1 by 2 which is very common. To our surprise, one CB qty was not at all sufficing both persons and even taste is not up to the mark. The gravy which comes along with that biryani was very untasteful. I wonder these operators are aware abt the taste of such gravies. And further to our big surprise, when Bill comes we asked for redeem. Then they said that points can be redeemed if we order some kabab dish in additional to biryani. Otherwise we need to pay the actual bill i.e. Rs 330 for the biryani that serves only one. We paid it and realised that it is not at all worth visiting this place again. Lets ignore that coupon points. But 330 Rs bill for a ordinary taste half biryani ?? They just changed the name to Nizam biryani added extra bucks to it. I must say some competitors are better than Paradise.

Starters are very nice. Ofcourse main course is nice but i am delighted with the taste of starters.

Pathetic taste, rice is not cooked properly and they just mixed masala in white rice and serving it as dum biryani. On top of that they changed the name of chicken biryani to nizami chicken biryani and charging extra bucks

Quality has degraded. Masala in the Biryani was uncooked particularly inside the chest piece chicken, had a raw taste. I got stomach upset due to this. Had to spend another ₹1000 for medicines post ₹600...on biryani.Now a days Paradise is just concentrating on expensation and meanwhile keeping a blind eye on quality for which it was known. I will never eat in paradise as this has happened to me 3rd time. Dame sure, others might have the same experience.

I liked the takeaway food support mainly. Paradise eateries in most of the branches are generally tasty and worthable visit with family. The prices obviously are higher, but the customer service is good at this restaurant branch. Very easy to notice from the normal traffic and located in the right place cor quick meal.

I ordered chicken biryani from swiggy, and guess what just one piece of chicken. I mean this is extremely unfair and nullifies the fun of having biryani. Chicken Biryani without chicken is not chicken biryani. I am really disappointed by the hype made about this restaurant chain.

As an outsider I was suggested to try Hyderabadi Biriyani at Paradise, I think it was good, but being from Indore I did not find it much different from biryani available in Indore. It was good though. Both chicken and egg biryani were good, also service was quite good. The place was good. I think they have a lot of branches all around the city.

Too costly, not tasty and i took special biryani which costed 1200Rs and only 2 people can eat stomach full, and this is just like any other normal biryani, there vessels layers are so big that it looks like complete vessel has biryani but the content in that vessel will be very less, those are cheating vessels, avoid this place and have in some good local hotel biryani because they make better, Paradise is just a brand which was once tasty but now it is just like any other biryani, no quality no taste keeping the brand name they are looting money, i have lost 1200Rs going here, i have put 1 star as rating because it wont allow to post if i dont select star, i think for this kind of cheat hotels you should allow on option called 0th star

The chicken was too big, so it was chewy and tasteless. Sitting was congested and no ambience at all. I have visited to many times and all ways biryani will be different. No consistency in taste and chicken should be tender.

Completely bad experiences , when we complaint that there is a hair in Biriyanis accompaniment Raita then the service boy told that there is no discount for u , so what would we think about that Restaurant , actually that is not Restaurant that is known as footpath Ghana and prices are foods is like 5 star Hotels with misbehaving services like pure desi Dhaba

They have only one option in veg biryani and one non veg biryani shows their confidence in their dish . I havent tasted such soothing food else where in Hyderabad. Not spicy .one biryani can be sufficient for one person . Price is slightly on the higher side but worth its value. Reception was good. In peak times it takes 15-20 mins to get your chance. On a whole I am more than satisfied and was on a good note with experience.

Famous for its traditional briyani. Good taste and varieties more on non-vegetarian items. Still there are vegetarian items for those who love briyani.

Ordered veg Biriyani and the waiter served the same by thrusting his thumb deep inside the biriyani. Request the staff to take care of these small things which might otherwise spoil the user experience.

I know pretty well that this review is not going to make any big difference to the restaurant chain but i hope one day it will all add up.i used to be a big time Paradise fan and i am also now.i have started to realise some changes which they are made on intentional purposes to cut down the cost.the size of the bowls, the quantity of the biryani specially Mutton and the service is totally downgraded on daily basis specially on the hitech city branches.people wouldnt really mind if you increase the cost by 50rs or such but they will immediately notice when the quantity is reduced.one can clearly see the cheap trick you guys did with the raitha bowls reducing the size of the bowl from inside, i mean seriously , how can you think to fool customers?? that too such a big brand.the quantity is reduced, you can increase the price instead.very disgusting behaviour and cheap tricks for such a huge brand.
