This restaurant offers a mandi style sitting... We ordered a mandi but it was a waste of money both quantity and quality are not worth the price..

Multicuisine restaurant for all types of people with perky atmosphere here. Food rates are reasonable, Quality and quantity are good. But Not a good hospitality of Staff. Ideal place for hang around with friends. And landmark location. Biryanis and tea taste are good and feels better.

I ordered through zomato....the restaurant forgot to cook the chicken.... The chicken was uncooked and the raw masala we can see..... This is the fourth time i faced this issue.... Last 3 times they given spoiled chicken which was smelled very very bad. We again went to the restaurant and given complaint..... They given our money back too but still they didnt improved yet.

Ive ordered large chicken biryani from zomato on 21st July 2021 from master chef restaurant uppal branch. Theyve given only one chicken piece which is small and less quantity of rice. What is the point of ordering large biryani when u gave like these. Really disappointed.

Taste is really amazing for mutton biryani 5 star but i must say waiter will insist you extra money tip even if you are not interested to give.. such behaviour us not good..

Me and my friend were disappointed with portion of handi biryani. It looked like regular biryani portion. It might be due to wrong service or something else but nonetheless it was disappointing. Interior has lot of space and okay design. And mandi section need to be seperated from regular sitting because it feels awkward to eat in mandi section while other people sitting on chairs besides you. This needs to be changed.

I ordered biryani through swiggy they sended spoiled biryani which refried &sended to us

I ordered chicken biryani and wait very eagerly with lot of expectation because its my 1st time trying Hyderabadi biryani in Hyderabad, I can say they dont know how to cook biryani totally disappointed, chicken masala dont have any ginger, garlic, mint.and garam masala taste😖. In chennai Ive tried Hyderabadi biryani on the road side it was excellent.

This is one of the best places to have tea and snacks. Wont recommend it for lunch and dinner aa the place is below average depending on many factors. The word hygiene is a misfit there. Its always dirty and it remains crowded always due to its prime location. The washrooms are dirty and no efforts are made to clean even after complaining. The food quality is below average and they accept payment only in cash. The food quantity is sufficient and the rates are low, but these do not attract a trendy crowd. Ambience is not that good. Biryani is always over spicy and sometimes the tandoor non veg items are burnt above requirement. Not a good place to come with family and kids here.

Average Ambience. Mini Chicken Biryani tasted really good on a typical Sunday. I regularly have Irani Chai here which is one of the Best places to have. Restaurant is always seen crowded which suggests that it has some good food around. There is even a family section which is well served, so its not a problem to bring ur family too if u can ignore the ambience to some extent.Ideal place to hang around with friends and sip a cup of Irani Chai & Sutta !!!

Very worst quality of food. Tandoori chicken here was very dry with no taste at all. Rumali roti dry and very hard as it was cooked before 2 days. I dont suggest any one to try food here.

The food was really tasty and the service was little good ..The maintenance was very bad .u can enjoy the food with u r frnds ..I suggest u not to go with u r family the restaurant was not so maintained and dont go with the children ...The way they serve is not so perfect they serve with they empty hand which looks too bad for us who want to be clean ... in front of the restaurant the metro station was available so u can go easily and the transportation was good the location of the restaurant is use for landmark too.
