This is the worst branch of Axisbank. They dont attend to anybody unless their manager is present and directs them to; They give half instructions and make you run pillar to post like SBI bank.Worst service.

Im having an Account in this bank since 8 months, Gokul road Branch.Due to Cvid I wasnt able to go to bank & enable my Net banking. Their app has issues as well.Im not able to do it Online.I asked one of the employee to do it , help me with the online banking.They have issues with the mobile banking.One of the employee over there, is least bothered to solve this issue.Im really not happy with this bank service.I want to close my account, I havent received the reply yet for this.
