They take personal care of every passenger at every station halts which are always in descent hotels so nothing to worry for anything.

Wish there was an option to choose 0 rating. Everytime they ask us to take our luggages to our seats and due to that our whole seat is filled up with luggages leaving no space to sleep. They just keep arguing with us. Worst experience.

Extremely bad behaviour of bus driver and bus didn’t stop at the pick up point where it was supposed to . My parents are senior citizens , they had to walk around 800 Mtrs along with luggage and it was raining as well , and when we reached near bus , the bus driver was arrogant , using abusing language and didn’t even had the courtesy to say sorry .
