Most terrible service. Horrible experience in buying from the shop. Bluffs customers everytime.

Fraud electronics shop . They are not dealing with customer as well . And they promised us the product was delivered within 1 week .But after 2 months theyre still stated, need more days . My college exam was hampered only for their irresponsibly duties. Worst shop ever .

Worst service, late delivery, bad behaviour and they dont even know details of the products and i heard them telling to some customers that 512GB is more than 1TB LOL

The worst service! They promise something else and offer something else. Once you do the full payment, they are even not worried for your products (reluctant to its delivery). Buying electronics online (from reputed ecommerce) is better than wasting your time at this shop. In fact they disrespect their customers. Do not know how to behave with someone who is a senior citizen.

Total thieves, one of their employee took 1000 RS advance for a Dishtv recharge but didnt do it and never paid the money back, when I complained about it to the company they said it is not our concerned.Bad after sales service, at first theyll treat you like God but once you purchase something theyll start treating you like a dog.Never buy anything from here.

Disgusting. I want to gift an AC to my parents as their anniversary gift on 4th march.but the product still yet to come..when I called them for the same, they said the product I ordered is not available in the Market still they tried and as soon as possible they send the product to my home. But when they charged me for that AC they said that product is their in their Godown and they will deliver it within the evening 5pm.I have to think 10times before buy or ordering anything from this shop again. Terrible service not acceptable.the staff r unprofessional. Today when go to shop for taking the update the owner show me voltas ac and tell me that is better to take voltas then daikin as daikin dont have any service center. When I reject that, the owner tell me that please go home i will called you after some time and give u the daikin ac by today. But now its 9pm the shop already closed. I am still waiting for the call from the owner of the multi channel. Most terrible exexperienc with multi channel, i never going to buy anything from this shop.
