Most likely the worst store in the city. Sadly, the collection is good but the salesmen are least trained. Their service is absolutely pathetic!!! They do NOT respond to customers after they sell the product and when the product has not even been delivered either. Once they sell a product, they do not care or give any update about the delivery nor respond to calls. The Manager should be taken into account for keeping such staffs at the store. Also, they give false information about delivery when the item has not even been delivered! I would HIGHLY suggest not to purchase ANY item from this store because most likely, you will be disappointed. Go for the stores at E-mall or Park Street. Their service is comparatively way better than this pathetic store at Avani Mall. Avoid visiting this store at all costs!!!!

Its a beautiful and attractive place. Its an eye-catching place. Almost all electronics products are available....from mobile phones, TV, music systems to dishwasher, washing machines etc.Easy emi options are available here. Tata Capitals and Bajaj Finserv are the two financing companies which provide no cost emi in the store.The bad thing is that along with the product they will convince you to buy Reliance Resq insurance for your product.I have bought my Haier refrigerator and IFB washing machine from here. Price was reasonable equivalent to online sites like flipkart and amazon. But the installation time was very irritating. They took more than 10 days to deliver my product and 2 more days to install.

The place is nice, offers a wide variety of brand in every segment. The price range is also compostable as it is indicated and mentioned on tags.The staff is well trained. But, each staff is trained in products of a single company. If the IFB staff is showing you washing machines, he will ignore your preferences and will force IFB on you and tell you that IFB is better than any other.This happens.Moreover, there are various offers running on different times on various credit cards. Sometimes cashback, sometimes zero percent EMI.But the prices in open market for the same product the same model is way less than here. So, choose wisely.

My friend buy from at ground floor hp world same model price is same but after sales support is very good and they are not charging or hiding from us. All installation is free. So i recommend please buy from HP WORLD at GROUND FLOOR.

After my laptop purchase they are saying installation charges extra. And for warranty they are sold me their care pack of rs 7000. But my friend buy hp laptop from ground floor hp world. They are not charging any installion charge and also for warranty they suggest hp warranty cost around 1499. They make us fool.

Specially this outlet at Avani is very ridiculous. They are not at all serious about their job.Its totally very casual response from salesman to senior authority all over.

They are very smart salesman. But as a layman customer they make me fool. I buy a laptop from here but before sale they commit many things. After sale they are just mailpractice with customer. Very bad after sale support.

Reliance digital is located inside Avni mall. Then have a huge collection of products but their basic tendency is to push there products. I have purchased a wifi and is working fine. Not a bad place to scan for your electronic products.

Experience is so bad. I purchased a office 365 on 21.2.20, then going to installation section for installing office. The lady and one male executive told me that leave this laptop for one hour for installation. I agreed and give them. But after one and half hour back I came to collect the laptop with installation office but they told me some illogical excuse. They unable to install that. Non co-operation and arrogant executive explain the illogical points.Previously I visited many reliance digital store in many Citys but this store is horrible. Mainly installation section.I will trying to find there eastern regional business head for directly complain that.Avoid this store.

Very bad experience faced. Went to store to buy Reconnect TV on 18/05/19 evening. Displayed price was Rs. 9990/-. When we confirmed to buy the TV, the salesperson went inside and returned to say that the price had been increased by Rs. 2000/-; they simply forgot to chance the price display. What a ridiculous excuse. Even after much argument they did not agree to sell the tv with displayed price. So I had to return without buying and felt cheated. Got no support from senior person too. Not at all a customer friendly store.
