The Bedanta Ashram here is one of the oldest place of worship established here in mid nineties. The Ashram place is very big and half of it is open ground with grass and trees. You can feel the nature here. And in the meditation rooms the chanting and the positiveness brings your mind at peace. You can learn a lot about life from the advices the gurus gives here everyday.

This is a place of Spirituality. The Ashram Dwellers never discriminates people based on religion, caste or creed. Seva (to serve) is the main purpose of the organization. It has other three branches - Vedanta Ashram, Majdia Hangsabil, Nabadwip, Nadia; Vedanta Ashram, Hatni, Bainchi, Hooghly; Vedanta Ashram, Bangladesh. It is a place of solace. One can feel the existence of spirituality coming to this place. This is also registered as Vedanta Ashram Seva Pratishthan under Trust Act.
